This apartment was brilliantly located right in the heart of Madrid on Gran Via. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed and expected. All very clean and well equipped. The host and colleague really helped me with a tricky situation - I had to find a replacement tyre for my car and whilst my Spanish is poor, they recommended a couple of useful options to help me get the car fixed. I really appreciated the support and help. We would highly recommend this apartment.

We had a wonderful stay! This is a thoughtfully designed, bright, spotlessly clean apartment, surrounded by leafy trees. The location is perfect - in a great neighborhood, walkable to all of the central destinations (museums, restaurants, etc.) and very close to the Lavapies metro if you want to go further afield. If you are a runner, this is an ideal spot - it is a 7-minute run to El Retiro, a lovely large park with many nice trails for running. Omayra was a very welcoming and responsive host. The street below has several lively cafes and bars so there is some noise at night with the windows open. This was not a problem for us as the noise was just people chatting (not too loud or disruptive) and we live in the middle of the city so we are used to many sounds at night. Highly recommended - a charming apartment in an ideal location with a great host!

L’appartement était parfaitement conforme à l’annonce : tout confort, spacieux, propre, dans un immeuble moderne avec un concierge très professionnel et agréable — un vrai plus ! L’emplacement est idéal, dans un quartier calme et agréable, avec une station de métro toute proche, propre et sécurisée. הדירה מזמינה, חדישה ונקייה, יש הרגשה שחשבו על הכל ולא חסר שום דבר. המארחת Liss מקסימה, זמינה ועונה לכל שאלה תוך פרק זמן קצר. היא קיבלה את פנינו בדירה, הסבירה והראתה הכל כשהגענו למרות השעה המאוחרת. אפילו אפשרה לנו להשאיר את המזוודות בדירה עד הערב. המיקום מנצח, האיזור נחמד עם הרבה חנויות, בתי קפה ומסעדות ותחבורה ציבורית נוחה (רכבת תחתית ואוטובוסים) לכל מקום בעיר. הסופר מול הבית - מאוד נוח לכל דבר שצריך. הייתי חוזרת לדירה הזאת שוב בביקור הבא שלי במדריד בוודאות!

My stay was extremely relaxing and very comfortable. Alicia was there for all of my needs. If I’m passing through Madrid again, I’m definitely staying in the loft again.

We had a wonderful stay at Almudena’s Airbnb in Majadahonda while visiting our son who lives in the area. From the beginning, Almudena’s communication was excellent—friendly, prompt, and very helpful throughout the entire process. Our flight was significantly delayed, and we didn’t arrive until the early hours of the morning, but Almudena’s son was still available to meet us and check us in, which we really appreciated after a long journey. It made a big difference and set the tone for a warm and welcoming stay. The apartment itself was lovely—spotlessly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It felt like a real home away from home. We also loved the location—peaceful and charming, with everything in Majadahonda just a short walk away: shops, restaurants, parks, and more. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would gladly stay here again. Highly recommended.

Jesús and Rachel were the most fabulous hosts, they were so helpful during check in when we couldn't work the app. they consistently checked in with me to check everything was okay, and helped me find the coffee maker when I mentioned having trouble with the machine. The apartment is clean and beautiful, fans were provided in all rooms which us Brits were thankful for in the heat! We were there for a wedding so El Escorial (which is also beautiful) was a little more quiet than we would have chosen ordinarily but everyone there is very friendly and they have wonderful amenities just down the road, the train station is a half an hour walk, through a lovely park and a train will take you to Madrid in 1.5 hrs. Thank you Jesús and Rachel for hosting us!

El apartamento es excelente y los aportes de Yiftach y su colaboradora lo hicieron todo mejor y más fácil . El alojamiento brinda todo lo esperado ya que se trata de artefactos nuevos en perfecto funcionamiento . El agua , su presión son excelentes. El equipamiento es completo . La ubicación no puede ser mejor , en pleno centro pero absolutamente silencioso. Permite recorrer los principales puntos de Madrid a pie y la proximidad al Metro complementa lo anterior. Zona bulliciosa , atractiva y a la vez muy segura. . Seguramente volvería al apartamento.

Our stay was wonderful. We were able to see a lot of Madrid just by walking. Public transport was close by when needed. After a long day sight seeing we came back to a comfortable place to eat relax and sleep ready to go again the next morning loved it

Très bon accueil de Carlos qui donne aussi de bons conseils sur les choses à faire, à voir et les restaurants. L'appartement est super, très bien placé en centre ville, très calme et pourtant dans 1 quartier très vivant . Tout ou presque peut se faire à pied de l'appartement. De chouettes petites attentions complètent le tout: boissons, thé, café, gâteaux....... Carlos est en plus arrangeant pour l'horaire de départ et la garde éventuelle des valises s'il le peut. Madrid est une ville superbe, c'était un séjour parfait.

We hebben een enorm aangenaam verblijf gehad bij Carmelo! Het appartement heeft een goede ligging. Je ligt in een rustige straat maar als je 2 minuten wandelt dan ben je al op de Gran Via. Het is voorzien van airco wat aangenaam is met de warme temperaturen. Voor de rest is alles voorzien van bestek en borden tot doucheproducten. Het contact met Carmelo verliep vlotjes en hij legde ons perfect uit hoe we tot bij het appartement moesten geraken vanaf het vliegveld. Hij wachtte ons op op het appartement en legde vanalles uit wat we wilden weten. Doorheen ons verblijf was hij ook beschikbaar. Ik zou het zeker aanraden om hier te verblijven!

We loved this airbnb! The location is absolutely unbeatable and the host was super responsive. We appreciated that despite being right on Plaza Mayor if the balcony doors were closed it was super quiet.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Madrid. Appartement très spacieux, confortable, conforme aux photos, idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes activités, nous avons pu tout réaliser à pieds. Facile de s’y rendre en métro via l’aéroport. Nous avions demandé une décoration de bienvenue avec des ballons et nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir que notre demande avait été réalisée. Je recommande +++

Cristina was very responsive to all queries and was very accommodating with check in and met us on arrival. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. A peaceful location, close to the metro and local cafes, bars and restaurants.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable y recomendada. Marta es una anfitrión súper atenta y está localizable en todo momento por si necesitas cualquier cosa. El apartamento está a 5-10 minutos de gran, plaza España… está muy céntrico y perfectamente ubicado, y por las noches no se escuchaba ningún ruido.

Rafael è stato un vero padrone di casa. sempre cordiale nelle comunicazioni che avevano in maniera molto celere. l'appartamento èa 200 metri dalla stazione metro di Tirso de Molina da cui poi si può raggiungere qualsiasi punto della città. pulito ed ordinato.

José fue muy amable con nosotros, así como Ana, la persona encargada de la limpieza. El departamento está muy bien ubicado, en un edificio casi nuevo. El departamento tiene todo lo que se necesita para una estancia corta.

Great place to stay in Madrid. It’s a bit of a walk up a large hill to the main attractions but the addition of a spa definitely makes up for it. There’s some nice local bars and restaurants as well.

Le lieu est calme. Le logement est très bien équipé avec des petits plus (eau petillante, eau plate. café, thé, infusion, chocolat et bonbons...) en plus d'un logement très propre, spacieux un lit bien fait et très confortable comme les oreillers. Des serviettes qui sentent bon la lessive. Bref un accueil sans faute avec un suivi de l'hôte qui s'assure que tout aille bien dès l'arrivée. C'est très appréciable, bous recommandons chaleureusement.

No tuve la oportunidad de conocer a Vanesa en persona, pero siempre fue muy rápida en responder cualquier duda que tuve. Muy amable y atenta en todo momento. El apartamento está ubicado muy cerca de todo, muy limpio y acogedor, realmente se sentía como en casa. Si vuelvo a San Lorenzo, sin duda me alojaré aquí nuevamente. Totalmente recomendado!
