Monthly Rentals in Villanova Monteleone

fantastic space, it looked recently renovated and the kitchen and other spaces were modern. the neighbourhood was quiet and our toddler loved walking and exploring the neighbourhood with us.

We had a marvellous january in Villanova Monteleone! Prem was an excellent host and the apartment was very nice and authentic sardinian home in four floors. The view from the terrace was so beautiful and the grocery shop next door had a most polite and helpful owner. In the village there were numerous public water taps, the closest of which was conveniently located next to the front door. We kept a part of the apartment warm with the help of a heater. In addition, we had our own thermal blankets and sleeping bags with us. Visited Pottu Godinu, Alghero, Bosa, Mount Minerva, Monteleone Rocca Doria, Cagliari, etc. Hope to come back next year!

Giuseppe’s house was easy to find. and located in a peaceful street . lt was absolutely stunning with two large bedrooms plus an extra bed in the TV room which is perfect for our daughter.. we were a group of five people (4 adults, 1 child and a small dog). We were all very comfortable in this lovely 🥰 home! There was a balcony so we can sit and have our morning coffee while overlooking the road and a really cosy backyard as well. It was in walking distance to local shops and also pizzeria & café nearby. There was a full kitchen, which made it cook lunches and dinners plus the washing machine as well so we could do laundry.
