The house is located in a quiet area, has a garden and a beautiful terrace with an illuminated awning for outdoor dining. The interiors are well-kept and well-furnished. The accommodation has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. You can use the dishwasher, oven, washing machine, hairdryer and small iron. The house is very comfortable and spacious. It is located in a strategic area to quickly reach the most renowned destinations in Trentino.

The Gann-Greit vacation home is located at 1300 meters above sea level in Villanders in a quiet, idyllic location away from road noise and hustle and bustle. The house was only completed in the spring of 2024 and is entirely available to our guests. The living area is divided into 2 levels and can accommodate up to 4 people. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
