The property was newly built in 2023 and offers everything your heart desires. The apartment was furnished with natural materials and can accommodate 7 people

Vogelweiderheim - Vacation home

Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

The 50m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The Schalderer Bach bubbles in front of the house, the birds chirp in the treetops and you enjoy a fantastic view of the Plose. Enjoy the soothing tranquility, far from the flow of tourists, but still well connected to the city. The four suites are located on the second floor of the building and impress with a shared sauna with a relaxation room and shower.

Our apartment is centrally located, but surrounded by nature, in a former farmhouse, the Glunhof: in spring, summer and autumn an ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours, for example, to the nearby Dolomites, in winter a perfect location for winter sports enthusiasts; the famous Val Gardena, for example, is in the immediate vicinity. The artists' town of Klausen with shopping and gastronomy is a 5-minute walk via the bike path.
