It consists of three apartments furnished in classic style with exposed beams, equipped with satellite TV, air conditioning, bathroom with washing machine and hairdryer. Villa Elisa is located in a quiet area and frequented almost exclusively by tourists. A few steps away is the wonderful basilica with the largest early Christian mosaic floor in the Western world of 760 sqm, and its imposing bell tower.

Karst is near, you need just 45 min to Ljubljana, Portorož, Piran, Tolmin... Apartment has 2 floors, each has air condition and bathroom. In front of the house there is a big green garden.

It is a 5-minute walk to the FV and bus station, from where in 1h 15 min you will be in Venice and in 40 min in Trieste. There are excellent bike paths to reach the historic places of Aquileia-Grado and Palmanova, natural oases such as the Marano Lagoon and Cona Island. Sea, lakes, hills all nearby to visit in a day. The airport is 15 minutes by car.
