The flat, for your exclusive use, consists of a kitchen-living room equipped with everything you need for cooking, a bathroom, a large bedroom and a passage room with a single bed. Outside you will have an exclusive space, for your privacy, of about 200 square metres equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sun umbrella and a gazebo. All the spaces you can see in the photos are for your exclusive use, with the exception of the hammock area, at the back of the house, which is shared with the guests of the other flat. A ceiling fan is available in the flat for your comfort.

In a residential area, outside the historic center, the accommodation is finely furnished and comfortable. It has a separate entrance, is part of a Tuscan-style farmhouse with brick ceilings and wooden beams. It consists of a living/dining room with a double sofa bed and an adjacent well-equipped kitchen (mini-fridge, dishwasher and microwave oven). Gianni Benincasa, has 5 bedrooms, one of which is in the mezzanine and 3 bathrooms. Furnishings, all brand new, of great charm. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci.
