The place was perfect The apartment is very nice, spacious and Vero is very friendly and responded promptly to any questions. The only thing to keep in mind is the noise from the avenue. Although it is a high floor, it is noisy at bedtime, at least in my case. But otherwise, everything was very good

The apartment matches the photos, the place is accessible, it is near subway line B, as well as several bus lines that allow you to move to other areas easily. It is a very quiet neighborhood, for long stays, as in my case. There are several supermarkets nearby (dia, carrefour express or hypermarket) and a 24-hour fruit and vegetable store. In terms of communication, I would like to point out that Mr. Simon keeps you informed of any maintenance news in the building and I thank him for the flexible check-in time. Best of all, the internet speed, which I particularly needed to do some work. The apartment does not have a washing machine, however, on Av. de los Incas there are two laundries that offer their service and I think it's a good price. Finally, an extra plus that I'd like to highlight is that every week they help you with changing sheets and towels. Recommended 👍
