The apartment is just as it is shown. There were 3 of us and we were very, very comfortable. Maybe if there are 4 adults, you might be a little tight. The building is very modern, it has everything. Elevators (2), swimming pool, parking, game room, living room, laundry room and gym. 10 points. The view makes it very spacious and warm. The living room is very spacious. If you go, I recommend keeping in mind that the dishes are only for 4 people, I mean that if for some reason you invite someone to dinner, they should bring their own cutlery/plate/glass. But the rest is perfect. It has a refrigerator, oven, air conditioning and everything you need to have a good stay. Maybe the bathroom is a little small, but it's fine. It's great to be a 10-minute walk from downtown Pinamar, maybe walking to the beach takes a little longer. If you have a car, in 5 minutes you're at the beach and the garage is very spacious. I recommend the apartment, the value for money is very good, with a central and quiet area.

We had an incredible few days. The location is perfect, just steps from the beach and an excellent parador. But the best thing: the sunset from the house's patio. A breathtaking view to end the day with a glass of wine. The apartment is as seen in the photos: very comfortable. Very quiet, ideal for resting. Laura was always attentive and responded quickly to any questions. We would definitely come back!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was in excellent condition and well located, everything worked properly. The garage is easy to access and very spacious. The only thing that was not as expected was the check-in because it says "after 3 pm" but if you check in at night you have to pay extra to have the keys handed over, they should clarify this or set a check-in time limit.

We loved the balcony terrace, it overlooked the pool and loa arboles, beautiful view. It's spacious inside. We are happy with the stay. We came back and Edward was super friendly.

The apartment is simply beautiful, bright and super comfortable. We loved it from the very first moment. Mar de las Pampas itself is a magical place full of peace; the apartment's location is perfect and allowed us to fully enjoy it, it was ideal to disconnect. Close enough to walk to the center and beach! :)

A lovely place for a family beach vacation! The apartment was a great size for us, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was excellent, and it was a perk to have beach service included. We also enjoyed the indoor heated pool on rainy days, and the covered garage was also a bonus! I would definitely recommend staying here!

The ideal place to escape from the chaos, the apartment's surroundings are amazing, several kilometers of forest, a chapel outside that is worth visiting and the beach a few meters from where you have breakfast. The apartment is impeccable, clean, neat wherever you look and has everything you need during your stay. The best sunset can be seen from that balcony. The complex and the apartment are beautiful..!! The pools too..!! It has a restaurant and also a very complete market..!! The only bad thing is that the guards or the consortium won't let you in with the car to take the suitcases in or out... but they're minor things...!! After that, everything is fine..!!

We spent 4 great nights as a family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for a family barbecue. The building's amenities are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps away from the shopping mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, a game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

We had a great family stay. The house is very comfortable for a large family, and it is very well described in the publication. The rooms are all very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. It has a very nice pool in a very private setting. The gallery where the grill is connects to the kitchen, is covered and in summer invites you to spend long afternoons.
