The apartment is very comfortable! It has all the necessary elements to cook and use the grill. It doesn't have air conditioning in the living room, but with the air conditioning in the rooms and the fan, we were super comfortable. Highly recommended for 3 adults or 2 adults and children.

A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

We stayed 8 days with a pet. The place is just as it appears in the photos, even a little larger than what you can see in the photos. The complex is very nice and has everything to have a good time and relax. The location is excellent, a few blocks from downtown and one block from Avenida Martin Pescador that takes you directly to the beach. We spent 4 great nights as a family. The apartment is in excellent condition, comfortable, clean with beautiful views from the balcony terrace with its grill. Ideal for a family barbecue. The building's amenities are very good, especially the heated pool and the dry sauna. The location is excellent, literally steps away from the shopping mall and 2 blocks from the main supermarket. The building has a garage, a game room with board games and ping pong. And the apartment has everything for a pleasant stay. I definitely recommend it and I would come back. Communication with Mauro was excellent.

We could not enjoy the rest of the amenities in the apartment because the location was incredible and we had beautiful days that always invited us to go out, so we will not hesitate to return to enjoy the experience that invites this residence.
