Rossana is very attentive and willing to help. He got us a bigger bed and let us check out later. As for the accommodation, simple but tidy. The room was spacious, the bathroom and kitchen were very small, and the exit door led directly to the street. The area also looks safe and has cameras. Many thanks Rossana!

The stay was wonderful! We loved Buenos Aires and the apartment was part of it, the photos were the same and the location was great! An important point for those coming from Brazil is that it is necessary to bring a plug adapter because it is not available in the apartment, but there is an extension that can be used! A dream stay in Buenos Aires! I stayed alone in this apartment and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The place was spotless: super clean, neat and with all the details well cared for. It gives a feeling of tranquility and well-being that is greatly appreciated when traveling alone. Patricia left a complimentary sparkling wine and water, which was a nice touch. What surprised me (and delighted me!) was being able to use the building's pool and spa. A real unexpected luxury! The location is also ideal, very safe and close to everything. I felt comfortable the whole time. I would definitely come back and recommend it especially if you are looking for a quiet, modern place with first-class amenities. Thank you for a perfect stay!

I really liked the apartment! They were always available and the location is perfect. It's next to Don Júlio and Ciro Café. Super safe too. I had already stayed in other apartments in Buenos Aires and was always disappointed with the cleanliness! But Carola's apartment was really clean

Always a great stay. I've stayed before and this time I stayed 2 weeks and extended a 3rd. Very nice balcony, washer (no dryer), big fridge and grill. Everything you need and great hosts.

We just wrapped up our 1 week trip to Buenos Aires and stayed at Martin and Maria’s Airbnb. We arrived earlier than expected and they had no issues with us checking in a couple of hours early which was amazing! Maria let us into the apartment and walked us through the amenities including the free laundry and sauna on the top floor. The place was absolutely beautiful and clean. The private balcony was perfect for morning coffee/evening drinks! We were very excited to come back to a wonderful home after a long day of walking in BA. The Airbnb is close to a lot of restaurants and central to the activities that we had planned such as the Botanical Garden and Jardin de Japones. There are many parks close by that my 2 yr old son took advantage of. There is a supermarket a couple minutes walk away. Overall we thought this stay was a 10/10 and would recommend it to anyone!

Excellent choice. We stayed for over a week and were very comfortable. The complex is very nice. Conveniently located. It has everything you need nearby. Good restaurants. The people who work in the building are always friendly. Milagros helped us with everything we needed. Always attentive and responding instantly. I recommend it 100%

Great place for those who go in group. It comfortably accommodates about 12 people. The house has a backyard with a barbecue that is charming and very useful for rainy days and lunch with the guys. It has three bathrooms with hot water (one in a suite) and working perfectly. There's a supermarket almost on the corner. Anyway, the house was a comfort for everyone. I'd definitely come back if I needed a big place to stay. I loved it!

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

This place was great. If you haven't stayed in a PH in Buenos Aires before, they are amazing! Each one is unique and offers a different vibe. This place has a beautiful courtyard on the ground floor with tropical plants. The first-floor bedroom feels magical with the large glass windows and plants. Pro and con to the first floor is if it rains... On one hand, the feeling of lying in bed while rain falls outside in the courtyard is euphoric. But on the other hand, it's a bit of a pain to get upstairs to the main level without getting wet. I think it was worth the tradeoff. The second floor is the main level with a great open floorplan living space. Kitchen has all the things you need, minus disposables, like paper towels/napkins. The third floor is the rooftop. You have to experience it to understand it... Now, this is an older place with quirks & things that could use minor improvements, but nothing crazy. 1 downside - mosquitoes, but the host brought us sprays that got rid of them.

Excellent location, quiet area and a beautiful park in front to walk, the communication was excellent, always attentive, I can only say that I will take the room again on my next vacation.

The apartment is comfortable, it was missing some kitchen utensils. The only uncomfortable thing was the first day we arrived, they were just fixing the front and you could hear the hammering a lot, but then it got better. Thanks to Alejandra's good attitude, we were able to enter before the announced time, which is very valuable when traveling with elderly people who are waiting for a medical appointment.

Very well located and accessible. I went with my poodle Ronnie. I would have liked more pillows and more cleaning items such as a ballerina cloth and dishcloths or a new, closed sponge. Some floor cloth. Also some courtesy such as a bottle of water or coffee/tea sachet. Overall very cute. I recommend it and would definitely come back.
