Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

Excellent apartment! Very nice for a family vacation! Super functional! Even before arriving, we already knew that we would be well received at Marta's, because she is very very kind and clear in messages. Everything is clean from the kitchen to the bedding. Self check-in is super convenient. I will definitely come back on the one hand thanks to this super nice host and on the other hand for this apartment, great location and very functional with super comfortable beds. Thank you again and I apologize for not saying goodbye and also for not leaving a review because I'm a little overbooked right now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS APARTMENT.!! ;)

Will come again any time! Beautiful house with great Spanish charm. Everything you need is there. In the kitchen there was everything, plenty of space to relax, we could not use the pool because it was too cold. But it will certainly be awesome in the summer. It was fun and I would come back any time. The location is excellent, restaurants, bars and also a small supermarket (bread, everything you need) are within walking distance. Sweet little town, highly recommended! We were two adults and one baby, and everything was available here too. We felt very comfortable. Thank you

If we could give the castle 10 stars, we would! None of us wanted to leave. The castle with view and surroundings was beautiful and peaceful. Our kids loved learning the history of the castle and of Spain in general from Marc, the host. Marc was always available with anything we needed. We hiked 3 trails from the castle which Marc recommended and we loved them all. The kids enjoyed exploring the castle and property around the castle. They all say it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed! Thank you Marc! We hope to come back one day!:)

We were surprised and in a good way! A perfect place to disconnect, 5 minutes from the village of Espolla and 20 minutes from the beach areas. The accommodation is equipped with everything and you can tell that Kirsten wants you to feel comfortable because she takes great care of the details. Absolute silence to sleep and birds that wake you up in the morning. The wifi network works well enough, although there is no coverage for calls inside the house. We'll definitely repeat, maybe more towards autumn to be able to light the fireplace.
