We had a great stay, the apartment is huge and the area is quite quiet. Maria and her husband were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful, huge house with history in a quiet location. Lovingly and cozily furnished. Everything you need is there. We didn't miss anything. The house is located approximately midway between Porto and Lisbon. This makes both cities easily accessible for day trips. Most lovable hostess you can imagine. Very personable, friendly and accommodating, communicative, always available. Provides recommendations for excursions and sightseeing. Always available for questions. The service is great. We didn't have to worry about a thing. We first booked through Airbnb and couldn't have been happier. We felt very welcome. Thanks again for everything, Susana. We'll always remember the vacation with you.

We had a very good time, the house has everything we need to spend a beautiful time, very comfortable and cozy If you want to leave the car at home and enjoy a beautiful view of the small lake, the cafe is a 10-minute walk away. Little paradise on earth. Luckily I was able to stay this weekend because some guest, decided to mess up with security system of the house and was either expelled or invited to leave... The cameras are outside, for eaven sake, either you planing to do something iligal or they wont bother you at all. As a global traveler been everywhere, but this place is really special. The place is huge, well decorated. The cherry on top of the cake, I was able to catch my own oranges and avocatos from the garden... incredible! The host was amaizing, not intrusive but always there to help if necessary
