Example review: Fantastic apartment, wonderful views 5* We loved our stay here for two weeks. Views were spectacular and it was so peaceful and tranquil. Like a home away from home, spacious and light, and the AC was a blessing during the heatwave. Views stunning over the lovely pool area and ocean. Even had the good luck to see a pod of dolphins.

Wir haben mit unserem 1 jährigen Sohn eine Woche in Solar da Paz verbracht und wirklich genossen. Die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet, für unseren kleinen haben wir Beistelltet, Kinderstuhl und sogar eine Baby-Wanne bekommen, man wird mit kalten Wasser und Bier im Kühlschrank empfangen und die Kaffe Tabs waren auch da 🥰 wir konnten richtig gut entspannen, es war idyllisch ruhig, der Garten ist wie ein Paradies. In wenigen Minuten ist ein großer Supermarkt zu erreichen, außerdem der Altstadt ist nur ein kleinen Spaziergang entfernt (kann ich besonders morgens empfehlen um einen Kaffe zu trinken oder frühstücken! Keine Touristen, es sind nur einheimische da). Nuno und Patricia waren sehr hilfsbereit und immer bereit zu helfen oder einen Tipp zu geben. Mir ging gesundheitlich paar Tage nicht gut, da hat Nuno immer die Hilfe angeboten und gefragt wie es mir geht’s. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder kommen ❤️

It was +30-32C outside but in house it was chill during day and at night, very pleasant to sleep. Pool house is perfect for hot days like this. We spent majority of time there. You have to walk on common street ~30 steps until pool house but 99% of the time we met no one outside, so it didn’t bother us. Bed is comfy. I especially loved how it’s possible to achieve pitch black effect in bedroom with all windows and shades closed — even when there’s lot of light outside. That helped my sleep. Pool house has everything for cooking, all our meals we made ourselves there. It’s very private, impossible for anyone to see you inside pool. Hosts were respectful, they needed to clean pool twice, always asked in advance when they can come. I had special request about my allergies and cleaning detergents and they accommodated me. I hope to return here!! And I recommend this to folks who appreciate calm chill time by the pool, cooking own meals. Huge thanks to hosts!

We had the most amazing month-long stay at this peaceful gem. The location is incredibly serene, perfect for anyone looking to relax and unwind, yet everything is easily accessible by car. Lagos is just a 13-minute drive away, which made exploring the area so convenient. And Luz.. It’s the coziest and most beautiful little town we’ve visited in Portugal. The home itself was perfect and had everything we needed for a long stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals at home. Our house was cleaned every week, which was such a nice touch, and there was plenty of storage space throughout, so we always felt organized and comfortable. The beds are huge and pretty comfy, making it easy to rest after a day of exploring. Wifi was good, so a big plus for remote workers like us. One of the highlights was the outdoor space and swimming poool. The terrace is fantastic for lounging, and we used the grill several times for BBQs. Peaceful atmosphere, combined with friendly dog

Boa tarde em primeiro lugar queremos agradecer a Fábio, foi espetacular sempre prestativo, a casa é fabulosa eu e minha família adoramos, amplio espaço e nos fez sentir em casa, zona muito tranquila. Estava muito calor em Carvoeiro mas a casa é bem refrigerada, fizemos churrasco todos os dias porque o espaço para o mesmo é top. Enfim amamos muito e super recomendo 🫶🏻

Charming Country Farm Villa with Pool near Beach

My Portuguese home! I stayed for two months - could have stayed longer. The vibe of this place is wonderful, it instantly feels warm and cosy. A place to relax and recalibrate. The gardens are beautiful with lemon trees welcoming you from the entrance, almond trees blossoming and roses surrounding you whilst you dine alfresco. Kathleen was a super host, responsive and attentive. Lilian looked after me on site impeccably, even saving me after I’d locked myself out! Adriano was super friendly when he came weekly to clean the pool and look after the garden. The kitchen is great for home cooking with everything you need. The main shower was delicious and the main bed was like a dream. Everything has been thought about and is setup as a home and not as a airbnb (or hotel). Thanks Kathleen, see you again soon!

Die Villa entspricht genau den Bildern und Angaben. Incl. zusätzlich gebuchter Poolheizung war es die ideale - sehr geräumige - Unterkunft für zwei Familien mit insgesamt fünf Kindern zwischen 2 und 8 im April. Die Absicherung des Pools ist wirklich sehr gut gelöst. Super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge (mit Auto).

Sehr gute und tolle Lage. Man hat seine Ruhe und ist überall schnell zu Fuß hingekomnen. Preislich auch top ! Wünschenswert wäre ein direkter Zugang zum Pool durchs Haus aber so wie es ist, war es auch total in Ordnung. Marly war immer da und hat den Außenbereich sauber gehalten und war für Probleme und Fragen da. Wir würden immer wieder dort unseren Urlaub verbringen.
