Ehemaliges Fischerhaus über zwei Etagen mit privatem Innenhof. Architektonische Highlights im marokkanischen Stil. Gelegen im schönen, alten Ortskern von Salema. Der ausgezeichnete Strand ist weniger als eine Gehminute entfernt. Vom Eingang aus gelangt man in den offenen Küchen-, Wohn- und Essbereich mit Blick in den oasenhaften Innenhof, der mit hochwertigen Steinarbeiten ansprechend gestaltet ist. Ein kleiner dekorativer Pool (nicht zum Schwimmen) rundet das behagliche Ambiente ab. Mit einem Buch in der Hand und den Füßen im kalten Wasserbecken lässt es sich hier an heißen Sommertagen herrlich entspannen und in aller Ruhe Kraft tanken. Das Bad mit Doppeldusche und Dusch-WC befindet sich im Erdgeschoss des Hauses. Die beiden offenen Schlafräume im Obergeschoss sind ausgestattet mit jeweils einem Queensize-Bett unter der gemütlichen Dachschräge. Jeder Schlafraum hat direkten Zugang zur Sonnenterasse mit Loungemöbeln. Herrliche Nachtruhe, man hört den Wind in den Palmen und entfernt die Brandung. Die Gäste haben Zugang zu allen Bereichen, da sie das gesamte Haus mieten. Für alle Fragen sind wir erreichbar (Mail und Telefon) und haben Leute vor Ort, die das Haus betreuen und behilflich sein können. Im Umkreis von 100 Metern befinden sich Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Verleih von Kajaks und Stand Up Paddling und ein Fischverkauf direkt nach Fang. Salema ist ein charmantes Fischerdorf, vom Strand aus werden Ausflüge mit dem Boot angeboten. Im Hinterland lockt der Gebirgszug Monchique mit heilenden Quellen. Weitere Aktivitäten sind Reiten, Yoga, diverse Wasser- und Freizeitparks, Wassersport wie Segeln, Jetski oder Surfen. Am Cabo de Sao Vincente lassen sich wunderbare Sonnenuntergänge erleben.

Wonderul views apartment + terrace en el Alentejo

Casa muy luminosa con dos dormitorios junto a un puerto natural a 100m del centro del pueblo. La ubicación es excelente, con una gran terraza con vistas al hermoso puerto de pesca y el sonido constante del mar ,las grandes ventanas dan a la cala. Junto al apartamento se encuentran algunas de las playas más hermosas, calas tranquilas con maravillosos acantilados. Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar paseos a la Ruta Vicentina. Porto Covo es un bonito y tranquilo lugar del litoral aletejano.

You will enjoy a sunny, spacious and cozy duplex, just 2 minutes’ walk from the beach, in a central and quiet area of Milfontes. The house has 130 square meters divided by: on the 2nd floor, living room with fireplace, working table and dining area, fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom and 2 balconies (one with bbq and sea view); on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony), and 1 bathroom. Comfortable for 4 adults, we may add 1 extra bed. The house may not be suitable for children (stairs).

Finca Abacate is ideally situated in a rural location only a short walk from the towns beautiful beaches and local facilities. Positioned in the garden of Casa Abacate B&B the finca has 2 good sized bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 5 people, family bathroom and kitchen/lounge area complete with a wood burning stove for those chilly evenings. On hot summer days enjoy relaxing on the patio area in the tranquil walled garden, take a cooling dip in the pool or create a feast in the bbq area.

Typical Alentejo house, recently renovated, which is right in the center of the village of Milfontes. It is very close to the main street, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, banks, shops and a pharmacy. It is located about 15 minutes' walk from the beaches. It can be rented together with the “white house” and the “yellow house”. It has a nice patio, common to the other two houses.
