Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis and gas grill. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A new comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. Newly refurbished since last summer, repainted, new carpet in bedroom, new furnitures in the living room and a De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s.

Stay was great as was Bruno. About 20mins walk into Portimao, 10 from the beach. Lift works well. There's a supermarket and vending machines for snacks. Can't fault the place. No essentials so brought our own. No dishwashing liquid or soap, so bring something you will need it. We chopped a bar of soap into three. For the price this is acceptable but a bit silly as it just means you can't really keep the place clean without buying a load of supplies. Instructions on finding block two were a little unclear so here's a better guide on how to get there: go into block one, walk past reception, walk left, exit via door that overlooks pool, keep left and enter the building the path leads to. Toilet is prone to blockages and toilet unblocked didn't work for us. Shower can block too and overfill so don't use the large shower head unless you fancy turning the Anyway overall great stay and recommend it for the good value if you take your own soap and be careful with the bathroom.

Lovely apartment in a quiet location away from the city - but still walkable. Car parking right by the apartment so can hire a car and see all the algarve very easily. Nice and clean inside and out. Was very easy to check in and the check out procedure very sensible. Kitchen had all you need to cook a few meals, make coffee etc. All in all a very good place to stay.

The apartment was as described, clean, there was everything we needed to have a good stay. The terrace area is nice. The pool and the entire building are secured by key, which is a plus. Very close to Lagos center, 10 min on foot via the marina. Good communication with Teresa and Felix who gave us all the information we needed to have a good holiday. We recommend without problems

We really enjoyed staying here. It was our first trip abroad with our toddler and it felt like a home from home - there were a few toys for our little one to play with and the apartment was baby safe so we felt at ease. They even had a bucket and spade and other beach toys which we took to the beautiful beach which was just a minute walk away. If we visit Portugal again we would definitely stay again. Thank you for hosting us :)

Had a truly wonderful few nights at Tania's beautiful place. It was so beautiful enjoying the kitchen or relaxing in bed and being able to take in the view. Located at the end of a pedestrian path, it offers surprising privacy. Only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Ti Raul is a great place to rent surfboards and enjoy a sundowner. A one of a kind experience.

This is a beautiful apartment in a really nice area, which is very accessible to the beach and a nice walk on the boardwalk to the old town area. The view is stunning and it was lovely to wake up to in the morning ! The apartment was clean and had all the amenities that we needed with a family of four, two younger children included. My only complaint was a communication timeline on the day of our checkout where I had requested for our luggage to be held so we can enjoy the beach before our 1:30 PM train. I received a response four hours and 40 minutes later from my 9 AM message to the host Check out time was 10 AM and we had quite a few tasks to complete before. I don’t like having to take out trash while also paying a cleaning fee. We were instructed to take the trash out to a garbage bin, but we had no idea where that was, and there was no instructions left for us as to where that was. Providing paper towels would’ve helped us clean up some spilled wine, we use a white towel.
