The entrance is private, and there is two locked doors separating it from the ground floor house. This is part of Branco de Cal, a family project coordinated by brother and sister Tomás and Mariana.

Divided by 3 floors: on the g/f, living room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom and patio; on the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom; on the 2nd, bedroom with wc. Being a duplex, it may not be suitable for children.
