Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Vila Chã

Like others have said, we stayed due to the proximity to the airport for an early flight. Marcia allowed us to check in early (had to leave another Airbnb) and was very accommodating. The location was walkable to the ocean (took us about 45mins), also close to a Lidl and Aldi. The neighborhood is quiet. If you're planning to cook, there are some basic spices to use there. We had a lovely stay! Thanks!

Stunning apartment in the ideal location with the perfect host. This really is an exceptional place, beautifully decorated and furnished in real quality and style. The balcony topped it off as a fabulous - and remarkably spacious - bonus. Long evenings with the street hubbub below and fantastic views of the historic city. It's a maximum of 15 minutes walk from just about anywhere you want to go - most is closer still. Claudia is an exceptional host responding to everything (eg our delayed arrival) with friendliness and warmth. Nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Claudia and your team!

Exceptional Stay in Vila Nova de Gaia Our recent stay at this apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia was nothing short of delightful. Situated just across the Douro River from Porto, the location offered a perfect blend of tranquility and accessibility. The apartment is approximately a 30-minute leisurely walk to the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge, providing a scenic and flat riverside path lined with charming cafes and eateries. This made our daily excursions into Porto both enjoyable and convenient. Located on the third floor with elevator access, the apartment was impeccably clean, well-furnished, and bathed in natural light. The comfortable furnishings and thoughtful amenities made it a true home away from home. We were also pleased to discover the proximity to the Gaia Cable Car (Teleférico de Gaia), offering stunning aerial views of the river and cityscape. cityscape.cityscape. In summary, we have nothing but praise for this accommodation. If it's available for your dates, don't hesitate.

Beautiful flat, tastefully furnished and comfortable. Lovely sitting room and eating area with view of garden. Light and spacious. Well equipped kitchen . Area was brilliantly close for walking to river area, metro and buses and we found great restaurants nearby. It was perfect for us!

Staying in Gaia on our visit to Porto was the right call for us. Beautiful sunset views, in my opinion better than the park or the bridge - right from the bedroom balcony - 9th floor. Just a few minute walk to Dom Luis bridge, 10-20 minutes down to the port warehouses and docks. Easy/lovely cross to Porto waterfront. Very comfortable - this place worked great and Sonia is very helpful and communicative.

We stayed at Pedro’s place for three nights. It’s perfectly set in the middle of everything. Walkable to all the sites, restaurants and shops. Pedro was proactive on restaurant recommendations which led us to yet another section of Porto that we would not have seen. The apartment has everything you need, we even bought some groceries and cooked breakfast. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment, which fully met our expectations. Check-in and check-out were very smooth, and communication with the host was great.

Reservei o espaço para uma despedida de solteiro. Posso afirmar que todas as 11 pessoas ficaram extremamente contentes com a casa, disponibilidade do sr. Marcos e restante equipa, limpeza, comodidades e principalmente a localização da casa. Era exatamente o que procurávamos, para o tipo de férias que queríamos fazer. Fomos sempre muito bem aconselhados, informados, bem recebidos, não nos faltou nada. Uma terra linda, com atividades e locais de visita obrigatórios. Die Lage ist wirklich fantastisch, wobei man am Wochenende bei schönem Wetter nicht vor 0 Uhr schlafen gehen kann. Das Treiben auf der Promenade geht manchmal bis in die frühen Morgenstunden.

Patricia a toujours été disponible pour échanger tout en étant agréable. L’appartement a été récupéré propre et en très bon état. Il est très bien, attention tout de même aux escaliers :) Le quartier est un peu excentré mais calme et sécurisé. Merci Patricia pour ce séjour!

Maria greeted us and had cheese and cold beverages and a few other amenities in the fridge , we were able to get some great information she was very friendly and helpful . The views were fantastic exactly like the photo’s . Went to the Espinho market on Monday it was huge great deals and something for everyone was easy to get there . Plenty of walkways all along the ocean you can walk for miles . The train station is very close that you can take to Porto just FYI if you do take the train to Sao Bento Porto which is the downtown you have to change to Train 2 at the main station. This area is easy to get around and parking was close and free. Would love to come back to this area to explore some more .

I had a lovely stay at Casa da Eira. Jorge was a kind and respectful host who made sure everything went smoothly from the moment I arrived. The house is a beautifully converted farmhouse with lots of thoughtful touches. The bed and shower were comfortable, and the small pond with exotic fish added a peaceful vibe. Highly recommend!

This place was super clean. kitchen well organized. Location was superb...close to the Se Cathedral and also the bridge. there are 4 bedrooms which is very hard to find. There was no street noise and the Views were great from the balcony and host was kind enough to provide complimentary port wine and cookies.

6 of us stayed 5 nights in Joana’s apartment last week. It was a perfect set up for two couples and two teenage kids. Joana is extremely responsive to any questions and even provided me with a product she doesn’t usually keep at the apartment that I asked about. She went over and above to make us feel comfortable and checked in during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly. She met us on check-in and did a quick overview of Porto but was very cognizant of our having traveled overnight so tried to make it short. We went to 2 restaurants she recommended both of which were terrific. Having a washer (and dryer which you don’t always see in Europe) was great. We would highly recommend staying here and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The apartment was really nice and spacious with a big balcony where we enjoyed the sun. The kitchen was also well equipped with the essentials. Also a big plus was a private parking spot in the garage. Paula and her team were very responsive and helpful. We had a great stay!

Bardzo mile mieszkanie dla 2 osób, z wszelkimi udogodnieniami - ręczniki, szampon, mydlo, ekspres do kawy, pralka, żelazko. Bardzo mily i pomocny gospodarz, pokazal nam na mapie Porto miejsa warte zwiedzenia, na bieząco odpowiadał na wszystkie pytania - bardzo dobry kontakt. Mieszkanie polożone 500 m od plaży., w bardzo dobrym punkcie komunikacyjnym ( metro, autobusy ) Bardzo polecam .

L'appartamento è attualmente in ristrutturazione e ci è stato dato quello al piano inferiore simile ma con una grande terrazza L'appartamento comunque nuovo, comodo e pulitissimo. Dal 22 al 29 maggio, con mia moglie e mio figlio, abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento dotato di ogni confort, tutti gli elettrodomestici in cucina e nel bagno sono nuovi. Tutta la biancheria, da letto e da bagno, è stata disponibile e perfetta. Letto matrimoniale comodo e grande Inoltre in casa c'è un wi-fi perfetto e veloce e due condizionatori nuovi L'alloggio si trova vicino a Campanha, in una zona tranquilla ed il condominio è molto silenzioso. David è stato gentile e disponibile rispondendo immediatamente alle nostre domande Soggiorno da rifare sicuramente ... Consigliatissimo. This is the second time I have stayed at one of Christoph’s properties and once again it did not disappoint. Only a couple of minutes downhill to the Duoro river and the Pont Luis. Amazing restaurants on the doorstep and a great place to wander and discover new things. Loved the place.

Great location right in the city center, within walking distance to everything around. Parking spot was very convenient and safe as it was in a private underground parking lot. The place was very clean, quiet and had everything that we could need! Would highly recommend.
