Der schönen Aussicht vom Balkon der Wohnung, wo man bei einen Glas Wein noch den Sternenhimmel betrachten kann. Mit ein wenig Glück kann man auch ein Wildtier, wie einen Hirsch oder ein Reh, beobachten. Für dein Mittag- oder Abendessen kannst du frische Kräuter aus den Kräutergarten holen und frische Milch und Eier, von unseren Hühnern, für das Frühstück gibt es auch bei uns. Open-space design apt in a historic farmhouse

One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente, situato a 50 metri dal Centro di Campitello, ha sede vicino all'impianto della funivia per escursioni d'estate e sciate d'inverno. Esso si trova in una zona tranquilla ma a pochi metri da negozi, ristoranti, parcogiochi, passeggiate e centro sportivo. Il parcheggio davanti all'appartamento è gratuito e privato per gli ospiti. My flat is situated in the Grand Hotel Carezza complex, a historical 19th century building chosen as a summer residence by Empress Elisabeth of Austria (Sissi). In winter time there are more than 40 km of ski slopes while in the summer it offers lovely walks in the woods, horseback riding, mountain bike and cycling, tennis courts and a golf course. The house is located in the centre of the village of La Villa in Alta Badia, on the main road, near the ski lifts (Gardenaccia 3 minutes and Piz La Villa 10 minutes) and near the main hiking trails.
