Beautiful traditional mountain house of more than 100m2 in stone and completely renovated in 2020/2021. Perched at 1400m and facing south with a large garden full of flowers and a breathtaking view of the Têt valley, the Canigou and facing the Carança massifs . Fauna is omnipresent and easy to observe and many hiking and mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Llar enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located halfway between the high Pyrenees and the sea.

The Haiku eco lodge is located in a secluded hamlet at an altitude of 450 meters at the end of a 6 km fully drivable track in the heart of the Wild Minervois. It is attached to our house and is totally independent. It was recently restored with healthy, natural, eco-friendly and noble materials and offers a cozy, authentic and bright space for one to two people.
