We had a lovely stay at this cute and clean studio. Sam and Fatma have a keen eye for detail! We also enjoyed the little garden area. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We were more than delighted with our stay at Nadège and Christophe's. This is probably the first time we have seen so many nice touches in a home, very clean with tastefully chosen decor, our hosts leave us a basket filled with pastries, refreshments in the fridge, not to mention a bowl, toy and treats for our dogs. The room is beautiful with its pretty beams and we appreciate the little stars that shine when the light goes out... We also loved the courtyard, completely enclosed and not overlooked, it's like a little cocoon, and it also sparkles at night!! A big thank you to our hosts for being kind enough to accept our dogs, who only had to cross the street to stretch their legs in the park located opposite the accommodation... Here is an address that we will keep very carefully when we return to the Nantes area.

As a true Airbnb user, I have visited many listings, Guillaume's is a reference, he checks all the boxes. It's clean, it's beautiful, it's quiet, it's ecological, it's super organized and, most importantly, extremely nice, welcoming and pleasant! Have a great stay at Isabelle's. The heron's nest is a quiet little cocoon, very well decorated and equipped. The place is very well served by the tram, which allows you to reach the center of Nantes very quickly. And the outdoor area with the small garden, its fragrant roses and the heated pool allows you to rest well after walking around the city. I highly recommend it!

Apart from some neighborhood noise some evenings, the accommodation is rather quiet. The sofa bed, however, lacks a little comfort.

The apartment is in a very good location, close to small shops and the ferry. It is very pleasant, well-equipped. Jacqueline hosted me very warmly.

Pleasant stay at Catherine's home. Very good points: -> It is over-equipped compared to what I have seen in other Airbnbs. -> Written recommendations save valuable time and are written in 3 languages: French, English and Spanish. Perfect for an international clientele. I would like to draw your attention to 2 points: 1- Although it is noted in the listing (paragraph "Not included"), there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment which requires you to use your phone connection for Internet access. 2- The apartment is impeccably clean with many recommendations because cleaning is not included in the service. On the day of departure, remember to reserve enough time to make it as "clean" as the day of your arrival.

Accommodation chosen for a business trip nearby so I can't rate the ease of going to Nantes. The accommodation was very nice, spacious, clean and well-equipped. Exchange with Marie Françoise only by message, but we stayed very little at the apartment. Very responsive in exchanges. I would recommend this rental.

This cute apartment is well represented by the photos -- except there is no photo of the spectacular view of the church from the bedroom window. Having a dryer is a real luxury. It is quite comfortable for a long stay although the kitchen is super tight. Gael is a magnificent host, always available and caring. The location is convenient with grocery stores and Talensac Market in easy walking distance. Also, Les Bouteilles, the restaurant next door is excellent.

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.

We immediately felt comfortable in the apartment. Individual furnishings with a lot of love for design. The private apartment is located in a stylish house in the well-kept backyard, super quiet yet in the middle of the center, next to the Passage Pommeraye. Nantes is a small town with so many sights, art, parks, beautiful shops and great restaurants. We would come back anytime and also stay with Bénédicte again!

Randy is a great host, responsive, courteous, kind, welcoming. The accommodation is on the top floor of a very quiet and well-located building that we recommend of course...

Overall, I had an amazing stay! Walkable to public transport with supermarkets nearby. It’s a compact house. So, make sure to check all cupboards and under the table for pots and pans. The house is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. So, be prepared with lighter luggage. Beautiful space overall. Area after dark needs a little caution. Otherwise, quite safe and cheery with college students in the area in the day and evenings :)
