Monthly Rentals in Viera

We would have given everything as 5 stars, except for the water leak and the fans that were required during our stay. Honestly would we stay again, absolutely. Would it be worth the cost that we paid, if it weren't for the fans and the various leak related issues absolutely. The house is extremely well maintained. Cleaned Exceptionally. The location is quiet and very nice. It is within walking distance to a grocery store and more. Within driving distance to everything the space coast has to offer. Carola is a wonderful host and very communicative. I would recommend her and her property to everyone. We just had the unlucky experience of a water leak that was just a fluke.

Absolutely amazing, modern apartment, beautiful area, peaceful place, lovely preheated pool and beautiful view. Super friendly and lovely host. Definitely recommend and definitely will come back again. Thank you so much.

This is a great location, quiet and close to beaches. The place was roomy and clean. Brandon was quick to respond. A GREAT place to stay
