We offer you here to rent only the house, without the annex: 4 bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, two terraces, 3 bathrooms... and the forest all around. The 33m2 home is central in a small family-friendly seaside resort. The ocean visible from the terrace is 100 meters away. All amenities and leisure at the foot of the apartment. Restaurants, surf schools, supervised beach, shops, bike paths. You don't have to use your vehicle. The place is great for 4-5 people with its mezzanine and separate bedrooms and sofa bed. It is located at the first of a residence that has its feet in the sand!
