Impeccable and very comfortable apartment, everything is there. Very good location, close to the beach and the village. Real availability of the owners and very nice. The weather was nice, great stay.

We have stayed in over 30 Airbnb's and Vrbos, and this apartment is THE QUEEN of them all. It is more spectacular than even Adrien's description with 180-degree ocean and lighthouse views. The location is unbeatbale - many good restaurants within 1,000 yards and all of Biarritz right at your feet. The apartment is on the top floor; it is very spacious and totally equipped; entire place is immaculate; and it is quiet and very secure. Plus - - - Biarritz is a treasure trove of history, beauty, friendly people, and great food. The entire experience deserves a 100.00% rating. It is worth every Euro. We cannot wait to get back!

Incredible view, tastefully decorated and very well-equipped apartment.

We spent 6 nights in the apartment, felt very comfortable from the first moment and would have liked to have stayed longer. Everything is as described, practical and friendly and simply a very nice place. The interactions with Agnès and Jean-Marie were very friendly and uncomplicated, thank you also for the cake to welcome us and the tips about the area. The location is great, the view from the terrace of the dunes is very beautiful, the beach behind the dune as well. We also rode a lot by bike, there are good bike paths. Conclusion: We will definitely be happy to come back.

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inland lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and layout of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden deck path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from June 1, on the nearby beach (and most beaches there) dogs are partly not allowed. To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we highly recommend this gem!

Two of the best hosts I've ever met! They are seasoned professionals when it comes to customer service and will help you with anything you need while making you feel welcome. The area is incredible, friendly people throughout the village with beautiful surroundings. I go to the Voie Vert almost every day for a jog, listen to the birds singing and the water running from the stream. It's such a great area and so close to so many activities. The rental house has everything you could want or need for a comfortable long-term stay. I've been here for 2 months and have decided to extend my stay for another month! This is simply the best deal you will find in the area; you will not find a better place at this price in this part of the Landes. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay again when I'm back in this part of France. I stayed in the hotel part of their business for a few weeks last year and look forward to booking with them again. Thank you very much! 5 stars. A+

Great stay at Claude's place. The place is very peaceful and relaxing to unwind The accommodation is very nice and very well equipped. The bedding is extremely comfortable We also enjoyed the coolness in the accommodation despite the high heat. Thank you very much Claude for this great stay I would recommend it without hesitation.

Very cozy, modern accommodation and in line with the photos in every respect. The location is an asset, with proximity to the lake, shops and the beach. Perfect bedding. And the best part, a garage with a very steep slope (be careful). Too bad the cleaning is extra but especially very expensive. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Great stay in this large apartment overlooking the port! Quiet and well insulated residence. Both patios are really a plus to enjoy the view. You can go there without a second thought.

Right on the beach, super great view of the waves at all times if you like to surf. Very nice home-feeling Airbnb with everything you need to cook food.

Lovely views of the bay and lighthouse from the various windows and balconies. Apartment was well laid out but toilet could do with a small sink in it. Oihan was very responsive to queries.

The studio offered in Laurence's home, accessible by the garden, is pleasant and offers all the necessary autonomy. The setting is really beautiful and Laurence is very welcoming. We had a lovely time. The spa and swimming pool are also a plus to relax after long days of walks in the beautiful landscapes of the Landes and the Basque Country. My mother and I were delighted and we spread out with fond memories.

Very cozy accommodation in a small atypical Basque village, very clean accommodation, very quiet... accommodation very well equipped with appliances. Patricia and her husband are very welcoming and have very good tips about the beaches, restaurants to discover nearby. The accommodation is simple and functional, adjoining the owners' accommodation but they are respectful and ensure privacy.

We had a great time at Christophe and Estitxu's! The accommodation is functional, well-equipped and very well located. The bedding is quality and the balneo bathtub is a real plus. The private parking was also very much appreciated. Thank you again for hosting us, we are already thinking about coming back 😊
