Habitation privative dans bâtisse ancienne rénovée avec goût. Capacité de 6 personnes, 3 chambres avec lits doubles, 2 salles d eau, cuisine entièrement équipée (lave vaisselle four plaque lave linge), belle terrasse plein sud. Lieu calme dans un petit village idéalement situé (10 minutes de Tarbes , 10 de Bagneres de Bigorre, 15 de lourdes, station de ski 30 minutes....). Logement totalement indépendant avec accès privatif et parking. Jardin non clôturé. Visite probable de notre chien ;)

Grand appartement de 65m2 pour 2 personnes. Le plus de ce logement c'est sa situation géographique par rapport aux sites touristiques (15 à 30mn) et aux stations de ski. Que ce soit Hautacam, Cauterêts, Barèges, Pont d'Espagne, Gavarnie (son cirque classé par l'Unesco), Luz St Sauveur et son patrimoine ( église fortifiée) L'appartement se trouve au rez de chaussée de la maison, nous habitons au 1er étage. Vous êtes à 5mn d'Argelès-Gazost (marché le mardi matin), du parc Animalier.

Cosy house with stunning views

Our house, built in 1925, has amazing panoramic views on to the highest peaks in the Pyrenees and is a comfortable family home with an open plan living area, a balcony and scenic garden. Artigue is set at 1200m in the central Pyrenees. The village is small but the neighbours are friendly and there are endless lovely walks from the doorstep. Bagneres de Luchon is a 15 minute drive away, where there are many bars and restaurants, a couple of supermarkets and lots more walking trails.
