Beautiful fully contained legal garden suite located on outskirts of Langford. Parking available in our driveway, steps away from private entrance with keypad entry. Includes Netflix, WIFI, in-suite laundry and a fully stocked kitchen. If you love nature while having all the luxuries of shopping & amenities, this is the place for you. Dogs are allowed with a $20 charge per dog per night, sorry no other animals allowed. It is a family house & we do live above, you might hear toddler footsteps.

Our home is located steps away from the Gorge Waterway Municipal Park and a 15 minute car, bus or 30 minute bike ride into the floral downtown core of Victoria. Enjoy serene unobstructed nature watching from the front deck and picturesque views of the Gorge Waterway through the large kitchen and living room windows as well as quiet barbecues on the patio in the peaceful green backyard.

Our guest house is located on the grounds of Becher Bay Marina and to the left of E. Sooke park. The Marina's quiet beach and friendly neighborhood make for a memorable stay. The house is fully equipped everything you need to make outstanding meals. I am so pleased to announce that our beloved Marina House has just undergone an extensive Renovation.
