We stayed at this family-run mansion and the experience was incredible. The property is enormous, with large and well cared for spaces. Every corner has its charm and the views are spectacular. Great for large groups as there is enough space to enjoy all together. We would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury and comfort experience. An unforgettable stay!

The space met my expectations, upon arrival it was very clean, equal to the photos on the page and with very nice welcome details (flowers, sweets and food). During my stay Alicia was always very attentive to my needs but respectful of my privacy. The additional items I requested were delivered quickly and in excellent condition, most of these were new. The neighborhood is very quiet, you get shops and supermarkets with ease. It has the Subte 5 blocks away (Line D - Tucumán Congressional Station) and bus stops 2 blocks away. I think the best thing was Alicia's warmth, always with a smile and very willing to help with what was needed. This is reflected in the space which is very nice. I was happy there. I would definitely go back to Casita del Sol, I hope to do it soon. I thank Silvina, on the day of check-in, we had agreed to check in for 9:00 pm, but for some complications we arrived around 10:30 pm, they were very patient and waited for us, always with the best good wave, the house is great to spend a few days disconnected from everything, the pool 10, in the check-out they let us leave a few hours after the indicated, I recommend 100%

Excellent in every way. They were attentive and friendly at all times. They perfectly told me how to check in and check in, and they worried during my stay about if I needed anything... The apartment in impeccable state of conservation and cleanliness, with everything you need to feel at home. In an excellent area with many amenities, tranquility and security. Great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Easy access by car and also relatively close to subway station. The place is beautiful, well equipped and as seen in pictures. The building’s pool, garden and cafe are great and very convenient. Ale is a great host, highly responsive and also very accommodating. He managed to secure a parking space for us which made a big difference to our stay and was well worth the price. Great experience overall. We’ll hopefully return soon

Can't find even small negative things about this place and the host. The place is located in quiet Nunez area of BA with a lot of options for public transportation. The area felt extremely safe and we walked even at late hours without feeling unsafe. There are many restaurants, cafes and stores in the area. The place itself is on a smaller side, but felt like home and even with 2 people living we never felt like on top of each other. There is a really nice and practical balcony that can be used as outside living space for the most part of a day. The host was simply exceptional with all issues resolved immediately. I would definitely come back here next time we are visiting Buenos Aires. Huge thanks, Alejandro and Paola!

The place is as described and stayed for 12 wonderful days. There was a little problem with the electricity, but it was quickly resolved

We spent 10 days in this WONDERFUL accommodation... 5 adults and one baby. The place is better than we expected, SPACIOUS apartment, bedding, towels and impeccable Pillow.. It has transportation to several sights, all close to the apartment, bus and subway. Places to eat and shop is also quite vast and with variable values... If you are Brazilian, light plug adapter, Angelina informed that in the apartment always has, but sometimes other guests end up taking...It's the tip..rsrs The place is very nice , quiet and very safe with concierge and garage 24 hours ... This apartment was a find ! Angelina was a LOVE 💘 the whole time with us... Already we want to return...

Nice apartment. Super comfortable and very well located if you want to get around in the northern part of Buenos Aires. The areas in the apartment are spacious. The decor and details highlight the host's good taste.
