The dpto is excellent, very comfortable, modern and with everything you need to spend a nice stay. Eduardo is an excellent host. The area is very quiet and illuminated. Super recommended.

This is the second time we have stayed in the apartment, and we are really satisfied with everything. Flawless apartment and very friendly and helpful host for any concerns.

The apartment is just like the photos, large, beautiful balcony. To use the grill/hut, you must book 7 days in advance. We asked about the possibility of checking out a little later and there was no problem.

Adrian's apartment is very well located, despite being on a busy avenue, you can't hear any noise in the apartment. The apartment is a size and well equipped for 2 people. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. Recommended!

I felt right at home here. It’s one of those Airbnbs that is difficult to leave to explore the city. The balcony was full of plants and looked out onto a tree. I left the balcony doors open most days while I was there and enjoyed the fresh air waft in. I only wish I had asked the host for more recommendations! If I return to BsAs again, I hope this place is available. It’s not a house or apartment, it is a home…at least my home away from home.

Great location!! love the place. However, you do have to be careful with the stairs, up to the apartment is very narrow and the one inside has no railings. it's a great place but a little hard for an elderly person who's a bit weak with stairs. Hope to come back soon on a mini honeymoon !! Thank you, Valentine

Excellent apartment. Hugo is always attentive to any need. It is fully equipped and has a prime location, close to parks and transportation.

Marcia has an excellent apartment, and she is very attentive to us feeling good, like at home. We found coffee, tea, water, which is appreciated for arrival. He gave us very clear instructions for check-in and also that it took us an hour to get in since we arrived very tempano in Buenos Aires. She made us a lot of helpful recommendations before traveling. It is set for the frequent flyer tourist, very beautiful. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of restaurant offer (close to Armenia Square) and plenty of commerce to buy the day. Everything was working, we didn't have to call her because of anything decomposed.

The location is absolutely perfect. The apartment is nice in size and the bed is comfortable. Air conditioning worked well but maybe was somewhat noisy. Despite it went well to sleep with it on. We didn't get to use the hot tub as it wasn't stocked.

The apartment is convenient for transportation, the kitchen is very suitable for families who like to cook their own meals, the host is very responsible, and actively responds to and handles issues, highly recommended

The apartment is cozy and was clean. It's simple, but it had everything I needed. Our host Florencia was flexible and attentive to help with the best arrival and stay. The building structure has little acoustic insulation, so you will hear noise from the neighbors. The apartment is ideal for those who want to stay close to everything in the center for an affordable price in a comfortable stay.

The apartment is just like the photos. Laura was attentive from the moment we arrived. The area is super quiet and pleasant. Excellent stay, I would choose it again in the future.

I planned to stay for one month and ended up staying for six. The apartment isn't cramped for a studio. It gets a ton of natural light, and the sun hits the balcony directly in the morning in a way that's just perfect. There's strong, reliable internet for taking video calls if you're working remotely. Villa Crespo is my favorite neighborhood in Buenos Aires. Everything you need is here, and the people, bars, restaurants are much better than the touristy Palermo(s) if you prefer a more laid back vibe. The apartment is 20 minutes to beautiful Parque Centenario and close to Parque Los Andes as well. Easy to walk up into Palermo, Chacarita, etc. when you need to. Great connection to many bus routes and the metro B-line. Multiple gyms + grocery stores within a few blocks. Anto herself is the best AirBnB host ever. Super responsive to anything I needed like fixing the calefon (hot water) or rescuing me when I locked myself out once. I feel extremely blessed to have stayed here!

It showed itself as and what the apartment was. Recommended for short stays, it's accessible and has a variety of things to do in the area. Nataly is super attentive to any eventuality that will arise. I recommend this apt if they come to Buenos Aires

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures. Super comfortable and accessible to various public transports. Axel and Leo took 10! They were very predisposed with our schedules and gave us directions to where we had to go. Excellent experience, highly recommended 😁
