Beautiful apartment! Very nice area with options of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. We enjoyed the facilities of the building (pool, gym) Silvana un genia!. We'll definitely be back!

Fantastic stay! The apartment is in a great location — close to many excellent restaurants, right next to the train station, and just a short 3-block walk to the subway for easy access to the city center. The place is new, very clean, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. Even though it's a one-bedroom, there’s plenty of storage space, which made our stay really comfortable. Highly recommend!

We were surprised by the beautiful panoramic view, from the Rio de la Plata to the Quinta de Olivos, The apartment is super bright, comfortable and very well-equipped. Close to river walks and restaurants. Best of all, meeting a host like Sebastián, we'll be back soon!

Adriano's accommodation is very nice, comfortable, just like the photos and very clean. The building is safe, located in a very quiet and nice residential area. You can find all kinds of shops, restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Adriano is a very friendly and communicative host. We would definitely be back!

We had a great time at Moni's place. Very fun open space with nice amenities and an industrial loft look. Moni and her son were great hosts and helped us as we had to extend our stay. My son enjoyed the paddle court on the roof. Thanks Moni!

Apartment in a privileged and safe area. Nearby park, river, jogging or biking trails, and very good restaurants and cafes less than a block away. The building is also safe, with a receptionist day and night, a security key to enter the building and to take the elevator or enter common areas. It has a very complete gym, and from there a tremendous view. The apartment complies with every detail of the listing, the desk is appreciated for those of us who work remotely. Despite being 1 room, it is spacious and private. Host Cinthia is very attentive, responds instantly and in a very respectful and courteous manner. A very good experience to recommend.

A wonderful place to stay in the heart of Belgrano. Walking distance to the subway, bustops, and intracity trains. Amazing restaurants to try around the block including middle eastern, peruvian, argentinian, brazilian, and italian cuisines. Easy to find and very secure. Pool is amazing during summer months and the grocery store accross the street is very helpful for anything one may need. Would recommend.

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Easy access by car and also relatively close to subway station. The place is beautiful, well equipped and as seen in pictures. The building’s pool, garden and cafe are great and very convenient. Ale is a great host, highly responsive and also very accommodating. He managed to secure a parking space for us which made a big difference to our stay and was well worth the price. Great experience overall. We’ll hopefully return soon

Miguel's house is splendid, tastefully decorated and exactly as shown in the pictures. Everything is in order and attention to detail. The neighborhood and neighbors are very quiet. Patricia is a very caring host and extremely available for both check-in and checkout. We will definitely be back.

Some phenomena the hosts and the very functional house

Our stay at Rubén's house for 3 days, to attend the Lollapalooza festival at the Hipódromo de San Isidro, was excellent. The house turned out to be very comfortable, with all the amenities described, and we were able to access the festival by walking from there. The best part about the experience was the hospitality of Ruben and his family, who made us feel right at home. They were always attentive to our needs and even helped us with logistical aspects, such as lending us their mate, managing remises or providing cards for public transport. In addition, we share interesting and delicious chopped talks. Undoubtedly an experience to repeat!”

The house looks like from a movie, super stylish, comfy, and spacious. I wish I could live there for a year haha The office is huge and nice, with a big window, definitely made me more productive.

The stay was great and the place was just like the pictures. The apartment with the grill is really usable! We just didn't have wifi throughout the stay and it couldn't be fixed because it was a holiday. Beyond these points, we would go again!
