Cada rincón tiene su encanto y las vistas son espectaculares. Ideal para grupos grandes, ya que hay suficiente espacio para disfrutar todos juntos. Sin duda, volveríamos y la recomendaríamos a cualquiera que busque una experiencia de lujo y confort. ¡Una estadía inolvidable!

We loved staying at Mariu's place - from check in to check out. It's our second time staying and this time for longer and I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area if she has it available!! We stayed at Marina’s flat for 9 days. It was perfect. The location is quiet, safe and residential & only 15 min walk to the D line. We like walking so this was no problem for us. Marina was so quick to respond to queries and helped us find the closest shop when we arrived, and didn’t complain when our flight was delayed! The flat is incredibly spacious, even more than the photos show, with a huge balcony. Great place to stay to explore BA and well worth what we paid.

Tuve una excelente estadía, trabajo cerca del shopping DOT y para mí la ubicación era prioridad. La zona es muy tranquila, tenés un súper cerca y el departamento es tal como se ve en fotos. Seguramente volveré

Great apartment in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Lots of coffee shops around as well as bus stops and supermarkets. The place itself looks exactly as in the photos. Communication with the host was always top notch. Our two cats and we absolutely enjoyed our 3 month stay. Definitely recommend!

Can't find even small negative things about this place and the host. The place is located in quiet Nunez area of BA with a lot of options for public transportation. The area felt extremely safe and we walked even at late hours without feeling unsafe. There are many restaurants, cafes and stores in the area. The place itself is on a smaller side, but felt like home and even with 2 people living we never felt like on top of each other. There is a really nice and practical balcony that can be used as outside living space for the most part of a day. The host was simply exceptional with all issues resolved immediately. I would definitely come back here next time we are visiting Buenos Aires. Huge thanks, Alejandro and Paola!

Departamento en una zona privilegiada y segura. Parque cerca, río, circuitos de trote o bicicleta, y muy buenos restaurantes y cafeterías a menos de una cuadra de distancia. El edificio también es seguro, con recepcionista día y noche, llave de seguridad para entrar al edificio y para tomar ascensor o entrar a espacios comunes. Tiene un gimnasio muy completo, y desde ahí una tremenda vista. El departamento cumple con cada detalle de la publicación, se agradece el escritorio para aquellos que trabajamos remoto. A pesar de ser 1 ambiente, es amplio y privado. Anfitriona Cinthia está muy atenta, responde al instante y de manera muy respetuosa y cortés. Una muy buena experiencia para recomendar.

El alojamiento nos pareció impecable, acogedor y realmente nos sentimos muy bien. En todo momento Mirta respondió mis mensajes, y la bienvenida fue muy cálida. Sin dudas volveríamos!

Great place to stay in Buenos Aires. Easy access by car and also relatively close to subway station. The place is beautiful, well equipped and as seen in pictures. The building’s pool, garden and cafe are great and very convenient. Ale is a great host, highly responsive and also very accommodating. He managed to secure a parking space for us which made a big difference to our stay and was well worth the price. Great experience overall. We’ll hopefully return soon
