A very enjoyable experience and a much-needed break from the city. Elena is an excellent communicator, and Pepe – a very pleasant and uplifting presence – welcomed us and showed us the room. The room is located at the top of a house with several rooms for rent, with a separate staircase leading to the entrance. There is a generous common space as described in the amenities. The room itself is extremely cozy, with a stunning panoramic view of the region and, if you let it, plenty of natural light. It also features a beautiful private terrace. If you’re planning a longer stay and don’t want to rely entirely on nearby restaurants approachable by car, it’s worth noting that while you can eat inside, there are limited options for preparing regular meals. A small minibar fridge is available, along with the listed equipment. Definitely a great opportunity to change the pace of a holiday. Elena’s house comes highly recommended!

Hemos salido encantados de esta escapada, a la casa no le faltaba detalle. Es preciosa, muy amplia y tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodos y entretenidos. Nos encantará, sin duda, volver a disfrutar de sus instalaciones en otra ocasión. Pedro nos dejó incluso un detalle de bienvenida, que es algo que no todo el mundo hace y se agradece muchísimo. Además las sábanas, toallas y manteles estaban todas empaquetadas en sus respectivas bolsas de lavandería, que me parece un aspecto a destacar, ya que hace que la casa se sienta mucho más limpia, aunque ya de por sí estaba impecable. Por último comentar que nos pilló el último día el apagón nacional y tuvimos inconvenientes con nuestros coches a la hora de marcharnos y tanto Pedro como Teresa no pusieron ningún impedimento para que pasáramos otra noche más si lo necesitábamos. Solo os puedo dar las gracias. De verdad, da gusto encontrarse con anfitriones como vosotros.

Second time back in Valdepenas because of our work and straight booked Vicen's apartment again. It feels like home, easy to get up as there is an elevator, the house is fairly quiet, the place is clean, well equipped. Vicen is an amazing host, she is very attentive and helpful. Highly recommend her apartment if you are in Valdepenas area.

Ha sido una estancia muy agradable. Estaba todo muy limpio, no le falta un detalle a la casa. Mi perrita disfrutó mucho del gran jardín y el remojo en la piscina siempre se agradece con este calor. Zona muy tranquila con poco ruido.

Very nice place. We stayed there, my daughter and myself, but the flat is registered for 6 persons (3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms), so plenty of space. It had fireplace which was nice and a barbecue and a nice kitchen. I can recommend this place. The rental price was lower than some of the very much smaller cottages in the mountains, that we were at first considering renting.

La casa era muy agradable, cómoda y con un entorno precioso. Dispone de cualquier servicio que puedas necesitar, incluso te regalan la leña suficiente para hacer un par de barbacosa. La cocina dispone de todo y no pondría ninguna pega. Las fotos y la descripción coinciden a la perfección con lo que de anuncia y la llegada fue flexible y no hubo ningún problema, nos estaban esperando y fue bastante rápida. Genial la casa de Álvaro, es más bonita que las fotos que tiene puestas. Las vistas que tiene preciosas , la piscina grande, la casa limpia, el porche muy amplio, la barbacoa... No le falta ningún detalle, nos ha dejado todo lo que tenía sin problema.
