Wir, 6 Erwachsene und 3 kleine Kinder, haben heute ein kleines Paradies verlassen müssen. Nicoletta hat einen wunderschönen Ort geschaffen. Die Pflanzen im Garten, der schöne Pool, das liebevoll eingerichtete und geschmackvoll restaurierte Haus, einfach ein Genuss. In der großen Küche gab es alles was es für das tägliche Kochen für viele Personen braucht und der Essbereich draußen mit Blick auf die schöne Umgebung ist perfekt. Verschiedene Plätze mit Hängematten, eine Schaukel, eine Tischtennisplatte und viele Spiele und Bücher für die Kinder gab es auch. Wir haben gut in dieser Ruhe geschlafen, nachdem wir Glühwürmchen beobachtet haben, und uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Nicoletta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und in der Nähe wohnen Elena und ihre Familie, die sich um alles kümmern, wenn Nicoletta nicht da ist. Es blieb keine Frage unbeantwortet. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming countryside retreat in Italy. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and full of character, nestled amidst breathtaking views of rolling green hills and silver olive groves. The staff were exceptionally friendly, thoughtful, and attentive, making us feel right at home. The food was fresh, delicious, and made with love. We enjoyed engaging activities like a fun pasta cooking class and an exciting truffle hunt, both memorable experiences. Overall, our stay was excellent—relaxing, scenic, and warm. I highly recommend this lovely place for anyone seeking authentic Italian charm and hospitality.

This was the finest AirBNB home that we've ever stayed in. Every room was immaculate, the views were incredible (private and among vineyards, you can see for miles), every appliance and fixture seemed new. Everything was anticipated to make the stay perfect.....a refrigerator, bathroom and shower at the beautiful pool, pool towels in each bedroom, etc. As soon as you walk into this house, you are going to go "wow", and for good reason. Francesca came and cooked us a delicious local dinner and did some light grocery shopping for us.....all for an unreasonably LOW fee. We had another chef team come in on another night. We also visited a local winery where we had a fantastic, private wine tasting tour and lunch (Tenuta Vitalonga) and followed that up with touring Orvieto and having dinner at a very unique restaurant (Le Grotte del Funaro). Make sure you have a car or are using a bus/limo service for your transportation, nothing is walkable from this beautiful private house.

The villa was peaceful and spacious. We felt very comfortable there for our month’s stay. It had wonderful views of Orvieto and the surrounding hills. Pia, Alessandro and Theresa were also great and very helpful.

Silivia's place is in the heart of old town and a wonderful place to stay. We enjoyed the are quite a bit and will definitely stay at Silvia's on our next visit. She is extremely responsive and goes above and beyond to be helpful with recommending restaurants to arranging car services - such an amazing host!

Wir waren sieben Nächte in der Unterkunft und haben uns wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und Maurizio hilfsbereit und der Empfang herzlich (inklusive Kuchen). Das Haus und die Umgebung sind sehr schön, man hat einen tollen Blick in die Landschaft und kann kleine Wanderungen vom Haus aus machen. Auf der Terrasse gibt es Sitzmöglichkeiten, in der Sonne und im Schatten von Bäumen. Supermärkte und Orvieto sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Empfehlenswert sind Ausflüge nach Bolsena und Civitia di Bagnoregio, die innerhalb einer halben Stunde Fahrtzeit erreichbar sind. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, da das Wetter noch zu kühl war. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.

Appartamento privato all’interno di una splendida villa a 15 minuti in auto da Orvieto. Pulito, accogliente e immerso in un bellissimo giardino. La colazione, buonissima, viene preparata tutta da loro (marmellate di diverso tipo, crostate, pane e pure le fette biscottate), oltre a tutto il resto. I proprietari sono super gentili e disponibili a dare consigli su dove mangiare, trovare prodotti locali e muoversi nella zona. C’è anche la possibilità di fare una degustazione dei loro vini. Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte, ma se avessimo avuto più tempo, lo avremmo sicuramente trascorso da loro.
