The apartment was really well cared for and nothing was missing. The terrace is simply wonderful, the view as well. Basically on the beach! The owners are really nice, friendly and extremely helpful people. We will definitely be back!

Everything was perfect and stay again!

We stayed (two families of close friends with grown children) for a week. Our host, Barbara, is a very special person, of rare sensitivity. She welcomed us in the best way and was attentive to our needs. The house is beautiful and tastefully cared for in every detail. The terrace overlooking the sea gives breathtaking views and the sound of the waves of the sea cradles thoughts. The sea, right below the house gives you the opportunity to swim at any time. Nearby there are many beaches and coves that allow you to change frequently, if you want to see other sea views. Finally, there are great restaurants and shops of all kinds nearby.

It was our third time staying at Maurizio and Giuseppina's apartment, and every time is always a wonderful experience! The apartment is spacious, well equipped and cared for with great attention to detail. The location is ideal, with great restaurants nearby and everything you need to explore the area. Maurizio and Giuseppina are attentive and helpful hosts, always ready to make your stay pleasant. A very special gesture was receiving their olive oil, a touch of hospitality that we really appreciated! Both in summer and winter, the apartment is perfect: cool and comfortable during the heat, cozy and warm in the colder months. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning again!

This is a magical and extremely romantic place. We stayed at the cottage for three nights and it was a wonderful long weekend. Ideal for couples but also for families since there are many meadows in the surroundings where you can picnic or play with children. Roberto was extremely helpful and kind, most likely we will be back in the future. Highly recommended

Great location, what a view! To be honest, the description in Novasol is even a bit underestimating. The house is even better than described. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can imganine. Swimming is possible directly at the house or at a beach close by, 3 minutes by car, 15 minutes walk. The house has several terasses and balconies so that you always have a quiet place either in the sun or in the shadow. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.

A magical place where you can unplug and live in the name of nature and absolute relaxation. It's a place where it's hard to leave and where you want to come back again.

PERFECT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. IMPECCABLE

The accommodation is a five-minute drive from the sea and very close to the village with all services. The house is small but well organized with a garden in front and back. After the days at sea, we spent pleasant evenings on the patio. The place is also strategic to visit Tuscia (near Capalbio, Vulci, Tarquinia). Franco was very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back!
