Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Veyrier-du-Lac

very nice cottage overlooking Mont Blanc. We had a nice relaxing and quiet vacation. Possibility of walking to the Col du Cliergeon just above.

Family of 6 aged from 6 years to 72 years old and we all had such a great time at this beautiful house. Lots of room for all of us. The amenities were fab and kept all of us entertained, the games room is such an added bonus and so happy that the owners choose to share that and not lock it off - think we all become frustrated F1 drivers by the end of our stay! Bedrooms were really comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Very quiet and peaceful, lovely walk to the lake and we enjoyed the bikes to cycle along the cycle route. We wished we could’ve stayed longer but due to another booking we could only stay for 3 nights, would not hesitate to recommend or return.

A Truly beautiful home. Stunning views, beautiful design and lovely finishing touches everywhere. It was a joy to stay here. Talloires is a really pretty town with everything we needed from relaxed cafe bars to fine dining. We loved all the activities the region offers. Anne Sophie was a fabulous host and really helpful! What an unforgettable stay! The view of Lake Annecy with the mountains in the background is absolutely stunning. You can watch paragliders landing and boats gently cruising on the lake. The lake is just a 2-minute walk from the property, and the surroundings are peaceful and incredibly scenic. The house is spacious and thoughtfully laid out, offering both comfort and functionality. You can enjoy your morning coffee on the patio while soaking in the stunning views of Lake Annecy. The windows and doors are soundproof, so you can enjoy peaceful, undisturbed nights without any noise from passing vehicles. Ample parking is available, and the hosts were warm and welcoming. There was nothing to complain about, only wonderful things to say. Restaurants and supermarkets are close by. I stayed for 3 nights, but it felt too short. The place is so beautiful that even 10 days would not have been enough. Words can’t do justice to the view. I am in awe and will definitely be back.

Excellent accommodation complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay, air conditioning a big bonus with the warm weather we had at the time. Easy walking distance to bars and restaurants, Chanaz is a picture postcard beautiful place. Nadine was super helpful throughout our stay.

The owner was really kind, and the house was really comfortable and nice like my own home. The interior was cute and the amenities were well-equipped, so it was convenient to live in and the location was very good.

The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

we had a nice stay at Cathy's place, very clean with all the essentials to have a nice stay. very good communication with Cathy. just a small downside for the bedding that could be more comfortable.

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. Hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

We were on a family holiday with a mixture of adults and kids and babies. Cecile’s place was great for our holiday. It is very well located, it was a 5min walk to a small group of shops that had restaurants and a beautiful patisserie, 5min walk to a supermarket, 5min walk to restaurants on the lake, 5min walk to multiple bustops and a bus top right outside but most importantly only 5min walk to the beach and is a lovely walk through a reserve. The old town is also walking distance about 30min along a beautiful lake front promenade. The house itself is spacious with a large living area in open plan and a balcony. It also has a large backyard which our kids loved playing in. The only downside for us would be that the upstairs bedrooms were rather warm while we were there but we still all slept well and it probably wasn’t appropriate for under 5 year olds with various ornaments and 3 levels of stairs. Thank you Cecile, our family will have great memories of our stay in Annecy.

Wow what a wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time. The house was lovely with a great outdoor area and pool. It was very peaceful but not far from the town centre (5-10 min walk). There you could find a boulangerie, small supermarket and several restaurants. You could walk to the lake in about 10 - 15 mins. We did not bother hiring a car. Instead we hired bicycles for some of the holiday. We also did lots of walking. It was very hot but fortunately we had aircon in the house. I would definitely go there again. We previously stayed in Annecy but this was more relaxing. It took about 25 mins to cycle to Annecy and you can almost exclusively do this on cycle paths. The hosts were extremely helpful even though they were on holiday in Brasil as we had one small issue with the power that they managed to quickly resolve.

Benjamin's place was all we were looking for during kids' winter break: spacious enough for 2 families, great location and comfortable with all needed amenities. Location could not have been better: only 5 min drive to ski lifts & Megeve center, only 20 min walking distance to Megeve center with near-by shops for daily groceries. Benjamin was also very responsive and proactive, enabling us to have a very smooth check-in. We would definitely recommend and would like to come back again!

This was a PERFECT location of our large group! Gorgeous and very well taken care of. It was so beautiful that we decided to just hang around the house on some days :) Vincent and I communicated before and during our stay as he wanted to make sure that all was going well. He was always receptive and available when we had questions. You can't go wrong with this lovely home. I will definitely come back if it is still available!!!

We had a great time with the family at Jean-Christophe's. We had very good communication, very good exchanges. The space was perfect. The environment is very quiet and very relaxing. Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend it! And we hope to come back!

We loved staying in this French villa! My kids (3, 5 and 7) spent hours in the backyard while we hung out on the terrace and stared at the view! The house is gorgeous and thoughtfully designed - we felt right at home. It’s an easy drive to Annecy and surrounding area - we also did a day trip to Chamonix. The bakery down the hill also has amazing chocolate croissants. Thanks for a great stay!

Fanny. Thank you so much for renting your beautiful home to us. It was a perfect. Our 3 teenage boys loved the pool and the location was amazing with its convenience to the 20 bus. The boys could have free time to explore themselves and also time with mum and dad. 5 stars. 6 stars if I could .
