Our cute house with terrace and mezzanine is nestling under the magnificent Chateauneuf en Auxois. In 2 minutes you can walk along the Canal De Bourgogne taking in the wonderful views. small village house, 30 m², with 20 m² garage in a small town of 200 inhabitants, very quiet in the heart of the Ouche valley where the Burgundy Canal and the Ouche river of 1st category pass. Ideally located 30 minutes from Dijon and Beaune and its cellars. 10 minutes from Chateauneuf which is part of one of the most beautiful villages in France near Auxois, Panthier (15 minutes). Ten minutes to all shops, doctor, pharmacy food truck in the village on weekends Pets not allowed

Shepherd's hut in the heart of nature

This stone hut was rebuilt on the remains of an old Berger hut. It is located in the middle of a meadow but accessible by car via a white path. There is no electricity or running water. The kitchen side includes a gas stove, a sink where rainwater arrives for the dishes. We provide a 10 L jerrycan of drinking water. An outdoor solar shower is available, otherwise washing is done with a washcloth. Dry toilet outside the cabin.

Outbuildings will allow you to store your bikes safely and securely. This cottage has been awarded the "Vignobles & Découvertes" label. It is perfectly insulated to accommodate you comfortably in SUMMER and WINTER.
