Cottage vacation rentals in Vestfold og Telemark

We loved our holiday. We didn't do a great deal of exploring, just enjoyed the snow. There's enough of a hill immediatelyoutside the front door for a bit of sledging, and fantastic mountain views while in the hot tub.

We were a group of friends that enjoyed our stay a lot! the cabin is quite close to the lake, nice outside yard for hangout and games, surrounded by nature, the kitchen was fully equiped!

Super peaceful location - and open space.

We had a great week with our two children in this beautiful house directly overlooking the fjord. It was very quiet and relaxing. The area is great and you can also start hiking directly from the house… we especially enjoyed the great pool!

Nina is a very lovely host. She responds immediately and helped us with finding activities and things to do in the area. She also invited us over for some mulled wine and prepared a bonfire for us. The view from the house is amazing, the interior is cosy, perfect for a cosy getaway

Lovely house with lots of details and fine garden with a lot of tomatoes and herbs to pick from. Very quiet area. Slept well on fine beds. The kitchen had anything you need. The cats were affectionate and very fun for the kids. Walked and went to the stand. Cold water though. Baked pizzas in the conservatory. Also used the hot tub.

We absolutely loved our stay at Vilma's house. The house is lovely, homely, spacious and has all that's needed for a fabulous vacation. The location is incredible. Great garden with fruits, berries and vegetables! It's just a few minutes walk from one of my favorite beaches in Norway (Storesand). Nature starts right at the front door. We loved it, and when/if we're ever in the area we know where to book. And we'll make sure to ask Vilma in advance to organize the same type of weather as well. :)

5 star experience. we had a wonderful stay and new year eve' s celebration at Siva's cabin. comfortable, beautiful views and the hot tub was icing on the cake.

Centrally located in the hawk for our stay. The house was equipped with everything we expected. Very good communication with host. Good heat from the wood when we arrived, so very good service 👍

Beautiful village, Big house, Lovely kitchen with all the basic stuff for cooking.

Just a fantastic spot. Our stay here was a joy, beautiful and peaceful. We feel like we really lucked into a great part of Norway and a great property. Perfect weather allowed us to spend hours on the deck/dock enjoying the most beautiful view. Driving around the area and a few hikes into the mountains gave us plenty to do all day. There are two supermarkets nearby and just a few restaurants. Siderhuset Nola K restaurant in Na was great for lunch or dinner and worth the drive. The 5 course dinner at historic Utne Hotel was maybe not worth the high price tag in our opinion. Bondusvastnet hike was worth the drive as well. If you like wine or any liquor know that in Norway you can only get it at a state vinmonopolet. Closest is 25 miles so bring it with you from airport duty free.

Our dear Tim and Camilla ❤️🤗❤️TAKKI TAKKI 🙏 We don’t even know where to start and if we can convey the emotions that we received from this little corner of paradise and it’s all thanks to two wonderful people Tim and Camilla who greeted us with great love from the first seconds of our acquaintance🥰 Everything is actually much more beautiful than in the photo and we recommend 1000% that it is worth it, if you love and respect nature, you will experience indescribable and unforgettable moments, starting with a house with a terrace, the sound of a river, birds singing and the ringing of grazing sheep. And all this right before you leave the door. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail and made with love❤️ We need a book to describe everything, it will remain in ours❤️ ❤️ We were very sorry that we spent so little time and we had to leave it all because we really felt real life in everything that surrounded us. We were on our way home from Norway for one night in Robert's beautiful vacation home. It was very quiet and the house was cozily furnished. The view of the water is really nice! There is really nothing missing in the house and shopping options are also nearby. (Nordby Shopping Center) Robert is a very nice landlord and easy to reach. We will definitely come back and spend a few days longer in this beautiful place. :)

Very modern and nice place. We enjoyed the stay as a family a lot! Bovallstrand in general has an excellent Harbour/ waterfront area for walks and to relax.

Wonderful house with a great garden in a great location. Amenities as described in the ad really great. Overall we had a really great time and can recommend the accommodation ☺️

Arendal is such a beautiful coastal town. I feel so fortunate to have been able to revisit it and share its deep history with my husband and our children. Gro’s place felt like home away from home. Authentic Norwegian home that satisfied my fond childhood memories of visiting grandparents there. Very walkable. Quiet neighbourhood. Attentive, helpful, generous hosts. Well maintained home that is old by North American standards but also extremely well maintained and up to date with modern conveniences. I hope to be able to return!

Nina’s place was perfect for what we needed. The location was central to our needs. The house was clean and the snacks and wine left on the counter were an unexpected surprise. Nina and her partner made sure our stay was excellent. They gave local recommendations and supplied everything we needed. If we are ever back in the area, Nina’s place would be our first choice.

The captain's home was a perfect place to vacation with the family of 7. We were grandparents, children and grandchildren. In addition, there was room to get 5 more on a dinner visit around the large long table. The house was spacious and had its charm.

We had a great stay in this very cozy house. Fun that a lot of the fixtures from previous times have been retained. We had everything we needed and it was lovely to be able to take a bath in the bathtub. Trude Anita was very nice and quick to answer any questions. Recommended!

A cozy and nice place in incredibly lovely Grönemad. Walking distance to the beach where we both swam and fished for crabs. If you want to take a little longer walk, you can easily get into the village where everything you could wish for on vacation is available; restaurants, grocery stores and other shops, the jetty with all the cozy places, etc. The cottage is in nice condition with what you might need for a few days of accommodation. We missed that there were no elastic bottoms/elastic mattresses in the loft, but since there was a sofa bed, we could also take up the bed mattress from the beds downstairs and then it became softer for those who slept in the loft as well. Quiet area (really good soundproofing as we know there were Midsummer celebrations in several places around, but as soon as we closed the windows and the door, nothing bothered us). Karin is a very good host who responded quickly if we had any questions. Nice reception, really guest-friendly and concerned that we would have a good time. We would be glad to come back.
