The house is located right by Route 38, and it is 1 km to the center of Vrådal, which has shops and a café. It is 3 km to Vrådal Panorama Ski Center and 6 km to Vrådal Golf.

The Livørsbygningen consists of a total of four bedrooms, three with good size and a smaller bedroom. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and stove. Fully equipped bathroom with washing machine, and a separate toilet with sink. Heat pump, two fireplaces, and a woodstove. Great views, and several outdoor areas around the rental property. (A double room in the stable is rented out in the summer if needed)

Cottage built in 1997, 66 sqm + large glass veranda and sun terrace. One bedroom with a double bed and one room with a bunk bed. Comfortable sofa bed in the living room. Bedroom for two upstairs. There is also a simpler sofa bed with an extra mattress. Well-equipped kitchen. Bathroom with shower & toilet. You will have to bring your own sheets & towels. Great baths, crabbing and fishing spots in the immediate vicinity. Volleyball net, croquet, fishing rods, fishing equipment, crab fishing equipment, barbecue etc included. Internet and electricity included. Parking space for 2 cars. Boat (Pioneer maxi 13 ft with 9.9 hp) is available during summer season. During the school holidays, the house is rented out on a weekly basis (Sunday-Sunday)
