Centrally located with shops and public transport nearby. Short distance to the fjord with beach, restaurants and hiking areas. Good place also for families with older children/groups of up to four people, two of whom are mobile enough to use the stairs up to the sleeping loft. Private patio and access to lush garden in the summer months.

Kragerø sentrum, hytte med nydelig havsutsikt

Sentrumsnært koselig lite hus, renovert i 2018. Gangavstand til ferjehavna der man enkelt kan øy-hoppe i Kragerøs vakre skjærgård. Huset ligger opp en liten(70m) sjarmerende bakke( egner seg derfor ikke til folk med vanskelighet for å gå) slik det ofte er i Kragerø med smale veier og krokete stier. Rikelig med gratis parkering nede på vei. Huset ligger svært usjenert til på tross av den sentrumsnære beliggenheten. Veien opp og porten deles med et annet hus(sammenbygd). Egen inngang og uteplass.

You are welcome to stay privately at our home. We give you a simpler alternative. Here there is plenty of room for 2 people. Possibility for 4, but then you will have to sleep in the living room. Passer fint om du skal fra vest til øst eller motsatt.👍 Stabburet er 18 kvadrat og består av to rom . Kjøkken/oppholdsrom og soverom . Det er en koselig gammeldags utedo her. Delvis strøm. Ikke innlagt vann, men det er vann ute på veggen til nabohuset. (10 meter unna) Nytt i år er :dusj og vaskerom i kjelleren på det hvite huset 👍

Frittliggende lite hus i hage i et populært villaområde på Oksval, Nesodden. Mindre enn ti minutters gange til bussholdeplass med matebuss til Nesoddbåten. Nesoddbåten går til Aker brygge og tar ca. 22 minutter. Kort vei til Oksval badestrand, og kyststien. Gangavstand til Hellviktangen med cafe, konsertscene og galleri. Nær Sunnaas sykehus.
