The property has a large, sunny lawn that invites you to play, relax and enjoy long summer days. You have your own swimming area with a diving board and a private dock, as well as a Zodiac Medline 580 with a 115 hp Evinrude.

There are good opportunities for outdoor life in summer and winter; swimming, boating, hiking trails, top tours and skiing/downhill skiing at Gautefall ski resort. Bedsheets, towels, firewood, and laundry are included in the price!

Vår 30m2 Lyngebu-hytte ligger på Ånudsbuoddane hyttefelt,ved innsjøen Nisser i hjertet av Telemark (5 min til Treungen sentrum med flere butikker, 15 min til Gautefall skisenter, gangavstand til vann, fjellstier). Vi tilbyr også robåt, så området kan utforskes fra vannet. Her får du den beste utsikten over innsjø og fjell med all komfort for å nyte oppholdet! Enjoy a relaxing holiday with the whole family in our modern, high-standard cabin! This is our family cabin, which we use as often as we can, but we’re happy to share it when we’re not there. The cabin is spacious at 150 m², with four bedrooms and sleeping space for up to 11 guests—perfect for two families traveling together. In addition, take a step back and relax in our luxurious sauna with panoramic fjord and mountain views. We hope you’ll enjoy it as much as we do!

I am sure you will love the space, details and how nature integrates in every moment you are there. The cabin has a large garden with many different spots. "Kjempehytta" is an Idyllic small cabin located on a beautiful island in Lake Toke in Bamble, Telemark. A perfect place to see the the starry night sky, and enjoy nature. In summer you can go swimming an fishing in the lake. To get to the island you need to padle a canoe. The canoe and two lifejackets are included in the rent.
