The accommodation is fenced under a large chestnut tree with its own garden. Private parking for 3 cars. It is 7-8 km to Fredrikstad or Sarpsborg city center. Bus to Fredrikstad once per hour. The floor area on the 1st floor is approx. 115 m². Here, there are two large bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a laundry room, and a newly renovated bathroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. Sleeping/dining area for 10 people. A high chair and a toddler bed for children are available. We ourselves live right next to the rental house, and we do not want loud parties there.

Cozy house with good atmosphere and all amenities in rural Torsnes. There is a private parking space with electric car charger. Car charging is included in the rent, you must bring your own charging cable. From here you take 10 min to Gamlebyen, 15 min to Fredrikstad city center and 25 min to Svinesund. There is a short distance to swimming areas and the campsite and the convenience store is only a 10-minute walk away. The house is from 1850 and is completely renovated in 2022. The porch is perfect for late summer evenings, undisturbed and with lovely views

Dette lille sjarmerende huset ligger i første rekke til sjøen på Nesbrygga, som ligger på Nøtterøy. Huset er renovert og holder gjennomgående høy standard. Nydelig utsikt over sundet både ute og inne, gode solforhold og fantastiske solnedganger. (ingen solgaranti selv på solkysten;) Bademuligheter finnes to minutts gange fra huset, og ellers er det flere fine strender i nærheten. Dette er et hyggelig sted med masse sjarm og god atmosfære med alle muligheter for å skape gode ferieminner.

A small and charming house by the sea

The house is located 40 meters from the sea and offers a stunning view of Vestfold. Here you can enjoy a hot tub, barbecuing with a gas grill, a covered seating area, and some amazing sunsets. It's about a 2-minute walk down to the beach, where you can swim, dive, and jump off the jetty, or enjoy a long, beautiful sandbar that the kids love.
