It is about 1 km from the nearby hamlet, 7 km from the town of Zocca and 10 km from Guiglia, 50 min. from Modena and Bologna.

Just 8 km from the highway, Rioveggio exit, and 3 km from the train station, getting to Bologna or Florence takes about 1 hour. You will have a large studio of 40 square meters with an independent entrance. The Monte Sole Park is a stone's throw away and nearby there are the Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with dishes and pots, a microwave and a coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some croissants, carbonated and natural water, and milk at your disposal.

Perfect place to immerse yourself in nature, we are 700 meters above sea level, on the edge of a centuries-old chestnut grove and the woods. You can enjoy various walks including the CAI 422c Dragodena-Vedettola trail passing in front of the house. Reachable only by private means, it is 45 km from Bologna, 48 km from Modena and 100 km from Florence. The access road to the farmhouse is paved.

The apartment is located in a complex of three ancient houses whose origins date back to the thirteenth century, one of which is a manor house. Everything has been renovated in a country style. It is surrounded by a large park which includes fruit trees, a pond and a swimming pool area all immersed in the woods. Wery good restaurants cloose the house. The Tower in Borgo Fontanini

The Tower, a striking fortified stone structure dating back to the 1500s, is one of the most iconic buildings in the Borgo Fontanini. Inside it features three bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, a kitchen and a cozy living room with a fireplace. Please note: access to the property includes a short stretch of unpaved road, and the interior of the tower features steep stairs, typical of historical buildings of this kind.
