Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

I offer a charming studio near Nantes and its airport. This studio is located on my 1600 m2 property and is separated from my home by a 50 m2 swimming pool. It is not overlooked except for my animals who will undoubtedly come to greet you (1 dog and 2 cats). Access is independent through the garage and you can easily park in front of my home.
