Vincenza's apartment is very quiet, comfortable, functional and very well located: 2 steps from the port, the sea and the long walk along the sea, 2 steps from the shops of the city center, 20 minutes' walk from the train station. The welcome by Vincenza was very friendly and caring.

This apartment has an ocean view to die for! I spent a lot of my downtime on the balcony. It was only 5-6 minute walk from the train station and the host even sent me a video of how to get there. The place is updated and looks modern. I would highly recommend it!

Natalia's apartment is strategically located for visiting the 5 lands and more. It is very close to the sea and is complete with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. The reserved parking space should not be underestimated. Very convenient for getting around and accessible by public transport. Great experience. I'd go back.

We spent 4 nights at Daniela's with our children. After receiving very clear and precise information and instructions from Daniela, we were able to access the property in a simple way and without any unpleasant surprises. The view is indeed beautiful over the bay, the accommodation is quiet and the pier is accessible about 20 min walk. Daniela is very responsive and attentive to her guests, she is very concerned that everything goes smoothly for everyone. If we have the opportunity to return to Portovenere, it will be without hesitation!

I booked Kelly’s place for 5 nights in April for a girl’s week away with my best friend from university. We wanted a home base to explore the Cinque Terre region, and felt like Kelly’s place hit all the marks, especially location. Kelly met us right at the Train Station when we arrived and walked us to the apartment. Riomaggiore is so walkable, and very easy to navigate once you get your bearings! We felt right at home immediately. We stayed in Riomaggiore for all 5 nights, and used it as a home base to explore the whole Cinque Terre region. Using the trains was easy, walking the trails was fun, eating and drinking in towns was spectacular. You can easily spend more than a day or two here - in fact, we felt like we were still discovering new aspects of Riomaggiore even on our last day. Everyone is incredibly kind and pleasant. Kelly is quick to respond and communicate. The apartment is well situated and stocked. Highly recommend!

Everything is as described. Main strengths location (beachfront) and well arranged spaces. A relaxing stay also thanks to the outdoor spaces of the house. Lauro and staff are always available and conciliatory. The beautiful garden can attract mosquitoes if the heat becomes persistent (in that case the availability of mosquito nets would be a plus)

Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was very clean and extremely well stocked with everything we needed to cook wonderful meals! The location could not be beat! We hope to return someday to enjoy another stay!

We had a great vacation in Giampaolo's house! He helped us to get a tent in the bagno across the street and was very helpful and always responded promptly. Great location with small shops close by.

A fairytale house, overlooking the sea with wonderful views from every window. Tastefully furnished on every corner, very characteristic with its 4 rooms on 4 floors. The sea view balcony with direct access makes it special even if you want to spend some time at home in peace. The location is more than excellent, very close to the central square but sheltered by the street go. Finally, Lola is a very kind and helpful owner. We didn't want to leave!!!

Adriana's place is a little gem, nestled in the heart of the harbour at Riomaggorie. A perfect spot for watching sunrise/sunset, walking the Cinque Terre and reaching the beach. Adriana is one of the best hosts I have ever had at an AirBnB, super responsive and very helpful. Her father and mother met us at the station which meant we could get straight to the apartment and enjoy our holiday. The apartment is a 5 min walk to the train station. I would stay again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to anyone.

I stayed for 8 nights in early August with my son and immediately felt completely comfortable in the apartment where I found all the comfort and discretion I was looking for. The area is perfect. Just below the house are my bakeries and my favorite restaurants! The Conad is a stone's throw away and the market area right behind the house is beautiful to frequent in the morning with its pedestrian streets and all the shops. Gianmarco is a super kind and caring host. I'll definitely be back!

The view was worth every penny! It was so breathtaking and peaceful. Any questions I had, Alessandro responded to quickly. The apartment was in perfect condition too. I would highly recommend renting this location.

I would definitely book this apartment again. It was in a great location and easy to get to. The loft was nice and made it feel very spacious. quick walk to the terrazza and several places to eat. Thank you for a great stay. Next time it will be longer for sure!

Lucia’s apartment is beautiful! She was very accommodating to our 10 month old baby and set up a little cot for him to sleep in which made it easy for us to enjoy the amazing little patio with the best view once he went to bed. Thank you again for having us!!

Very well located accommodation in the city and to visit the five lands and Pisa too... Very clean apartment and comfortable bedding in the bedroom (sofa in the living room is not suitable for adults and teenagers because you smell a metal bar in the back) The parking space is very convenient and is a real plus in this area...supermarket next to the apartment it's great...small downside the street noise and the front door of the building...Also thoughtful to take shower gel, dishwasher and washing machine tablet because it's not available in the apartment...

The property is clean and very functional, spacious enough for 4 people! An exceptional location! A few meters from the main boardwalk that runs along the beautiful beaches of Viareggio and its bagnos by ten. Exceptional restaurants like the "Pivot bistro di mare" or "l 'Amaro" are just a few meters away! And what about the communication from Gianmarco who was very good advice and who was always able to make himself available according to our needs! The place is absolutely beautiful, equiped with everything you could need for a stay in Livorno. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the city center but in a quiet place. Totally recomended!
