Located in one of the most beautiful and well-equipped areas of Viareggio, it is within walking distance of everything: it is perfect for those who decide to take a nice walk in the pine forest🌳 (which is a 1-minute walk away), for those who want to go to the city center (a 3/5-minute walk away), and for those who want to go to the promenade or the sea🏖️🌊 (an 8-minute walk away).🥰

We are not at an intersection: the traffic light shines in the garden. A few steps from the center, we offer a 45-square-meter accommodation in a villa suitable for a couple, possibly with children. Induction hob and dishwasher in the kitchen; hot tub in the bathroom. Color TV, and stereo system. In the main spaces of the house, a pool table with holes and a grand piano are available for enthusiasts. Usable garden; parking and bicycles in use. Dogs are allowed as long as they are well-behaved.

Le Muricciole, is a beautiful apartment recently restored in an old farmer's house on the sunny hills covered with olive orchards. Table,umbrella,armchairs allow to eat outside. It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. You will like this place for the following reasons: light, intimacy, and peace. It is perfect for families, couples, groups, and people who work.

The residence of the Codirosso B&B: timeless soul-Tuscany

“La dimora del Codirosso” is my historic family home in which I rent a part to those who travel or seek rest, rediscovering the atmosphere of the past. The house is hidden in a small medieval village in the Norther Tuscany, Brucciano, among the tranquility of the woods and mountains of Garfagnana's area. On request I’ll be happy to prepare for you a delicious Italian breakfast or other meals but, remember, these service are not included in the price and not available on Sunday.

Spesso sono fuori per lavoro, ma mi rendo sempre disponibile per le vostre richieste. Il nostro alloggio si trova a 400 mt dal paesino di Pedona, che offre 2 alimentari e 1 ristorante. Camaiore, a soli 8' di auto, offre servizi vari, negozi e supermercati. Abbiamo un Wi-Fi MOLTO PIGRO, ma la "connessione", non è la nostra priorità 😉

I offer a quiet solution in a central location with respect to the main attractions of Garfagnana, Lucchesia and Versilia. Starting point for excursions and a base for relaxation, it is about 1 km from the train station. Quiet and with a wonderful view. The Guest House is on a private property with parking and a large garden. A crib and other accessories for children and infants are available upon request. Located in a small village with amenities and shops.

La Casina Bianca Annex

Annex in a nice little villa 15 minutes by bike from the sea. Within walking distance are the major services, supermarket, shops, bars and restaurants. I offer an Italian breakfast. There is an outdoor kitchen that guests can use. Possibility to use two bikes. It's a quiet place. Inside the annex there is a walk-in closet, a bathroom and a kitchenette with a coffee machine and a small refrigerator. I would like to point out that I have two very good cats.

Gipsy Rose si trova sulle colline liguri dietro Sarzana, a pochi minuti dal mare, in ambiente naturale circondato da boschi e con splendide visuali sulla valle. Da un lato vicino al Golfo dei Poeti, Lerici e alle Cinque Terre, dall’altro alla Lunigiana e le Alpi Apuane. Situato in una zona appartata, silenziosa e fiorita, con tepee indiano e carrozzone da circo suggestivo. Il monolocale, dotato di ogni confort, bagno e cucinotto, ha l'ingresso indipendente.

My simple apartment is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with children), and furry friends (pets). In the hills but close to the sea and the mountains, to art, from here you can visit Cinque Terre, Pisa, Lucca, Florence, Versilia, Genoa, Marble Quarries, Colonnata. It has a private kitchen and bathroom, surrounded by greenery, and requires a love for nature. I am available for private cooking lessons

Just renovated, apartment in Viareggio 100 mt away from the sea, pine forest and pedestrian zone. Living room with sofa bed and wardrobe, loft with double bed, bathroom with shower and a little kitchen with table. Outside space. TV, wi-fi and A/C. In July and August, we do not accept bookings less than 7 nights; however, it is advisable to contact us if it is necessary to change the conditions.
