Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

Well equiped apartment. Much attention has been given to the style of the place. The private parking place was really great, so close to all city center historic places. Matteo and his mother were very friendly and helpul at check-in and check-out. Highly recommended!

Excellent solution outside the ZTL, ideal for parking by car and the center is easily accessible in a short time on foot. We were with 2 very young children and the solution fully met our needs. Lorenzo was very responsive and helpful, a solution definitely recommended for families!

Beautiful surroundings, apartment was very clean, as per photos. Kitchen had everything we needed. Barbara was very friendly and responsive host, very easy to communicate, clear instructions provided how to reach the place. Her olive oil is the best 👍.

The apartment is in the square, the area is very comfortable to walk around the center of Livorno and is practically all within walking distance. Upon arrival we had some problems with the elevator, but Elio was immediately responsive to help us resolve in a short time. Communication has always been quick and effective. Highly recommended!

Very nice place in La spezia, definitely well worth the fair price offered. Easy walk to shops and restaurants in La spezia. The host was soo easy to get ahold of and my friends and I had an enjoyable stay! Definitely would book again if ever in La spezia

Everything was great, Piera is vere friendly and kind person. The place is simple but crystal clear. Exactly what we needed to stay one night before going for a walk in mountain.

Beautiful, quiet and wooded setting. The accommodation is large enough and well equipped for a family with children. We were able to enjoy the swimming pool and barbecue . Proximity to the spezzia to discover the 5 lands , just 25 min by car.

We had a wonderful time staying at Carolina's house. The views from the backyard overlooking the valley and surrounding hills was breathtaking. With a really fast WiFi, it is possible to get some work done too ... but why would you want to work, sitting in a place like this :)

Patrizia’s home was very spacious and rustic. Great base camp to see the surrounding areas and great amenities nearby.

Very nice cottage with lots of character, perfect for the two of us. Easy access into Lucca, Pisa, Florence and the sea. Giovanna and Antonio were very attentive and gave us lots of good recommendations.

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

I can only agree with all the positive reviews! Massimo is a fantastic host and he is always immediately available when you need something without being intrusive. We got along well right from the start. The whole family is very warm, friendly, helpful and personable. There was nothing missing. Even a bathrobe and hot water bottle were provided! Especially the beds are very comfortable, which is a rarity in vacation rentals! My 2-week stay with my dog was very pleasant and I felt very comfortable…almost like visiting friends. Romantic Alcova a stone's throw from the city center but with the qualities of the country house, quiet and retired. Beautiful property where we spent a week relaxing and which we used as a base to visit Pistoia and the Apennines. Mrs. Gianna is an impeccable host. I recommend it.

We urgently needed to look for a place near La Spezia. I wanted to relax surrounded by nature. Salvatore responded very quickly to the request, gave all check-in recommendations. He and his wife met us at the gate, told us everything and showed us. They even baked an incredibly delicious pie for us ( it was hot for our arrival). Everything in the house smelled clean and fresh), the interior is made with love and the patio as well. We had an incredibly pleasant evening in their house )

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

We were comfortable in this apartment which is beautifully decorated and has character. The hosts are very responsive and gave us good information to find it. The apartment is very well located for going to the Cinque Terre (it is directly opposite the train station, less than five minutes away), but also for visiting La Spezia, the port and the city. The equipment and bedding are good. Overall, we felt very good in this home and we will be happy to come back.

Very nice apartment, quiet and clean, very well located, near the train station, bus stops and everything you need (grocery store and others). Alessandra quickly responded to our requests and provided us with a lot of information for activities and services in the area. The apartment includes everything you need for cooking. This is the perfect apartment to stay in La Spezia, I highly recommend it.

This was our ideal vacation home! Spacious patio with jacuzzi, comfortable interiors with beautiful bedroom views overlooking a large garden and a location just down from the main piazza. We found the host to be kind, knowledgeable and accommodating…

Cecilia is a very kind and caring person. Her house is very large and bright, the spaces are divided very well and furnished in a functional way. The house has everything and there's air conditioning! Due to the great heat we did not take advantage of the large equipped terrace, it was better to stay inside the house in the cool! the house is located in a quiet area, right in front of a large paid parking lot (25 euros per week), with a 10-minute walk along you get to the promenade and the beach resorts (we recommend Amedeo bath) and a few minutes away there are many supermarkets and shops of all kinds. We are 100% satisfied with our stay and will definitely be back next year! Thanks Cecilia

The accommodation is comfortable and pleasant, we felt very good there. Parking is a real plus for the comfort of the stay. Extremely welcoming host. Speaks French. We picked up from the train station. A very warm person. Clean and spacious space. Very quiet. The beds were made upon arrival. Close to Spezia Migliarina train station (3-minute walk). Warning: sometimes you need to change at the central Spezia station to access the Cinque Terre. Nearby shopping mall and small restaurants. Good value for money.
