Vacation rentals with a sauna in Versilia

The apartment is La Spezia was beautiful. Spacious and very well equipped. It was close to the train station but about 25 mins from the main part of town and the port. Also to get there it is up a very steep street and then 4 flights of stairs with no elevator. Once in the apartment it was lovely and Andrea was very helpful.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à La Casa Medioevale. L'appartement en rez-de-chaussée est correctement dimensionné pour une famille de 4 personnes. Le terrain et la piscine sont somptueux. La climatisation à 30€ par semaine est un supplément indispensable en été. Filomena, notre hôtesse est disponible, de bons conseils, souriante et sait répondre à nos besoins. Seul bémol, l'accès à la villa par une rue étroite et sinueuse sur 1km. Cela ne nous à toutefois pas handicapé dans nos déplacements quotidiens. La villa offre un panorama d'exception en surplombant la vallée. Idéalement située en Toscane; à 1h00 des villes touristiques (Florence, Pise, Lucques, Sienne)

Séjour très agréable. La maison est très belle et correspond parfaitement à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires Marco et Elisa ont toujours été disponibles et à l’écoute de nos questions. Étant donné que la maison se trouve dans la montagne, le seul petit point négatif serait la route menant directement à la maison qui est un peu complexe (en montée et avec des virages serrés). Néanmoins cela ne reste qu’un détail au vue du confort de la maison et de la beauté des lieux.

Fabrizio è un host attento e disponibile, gli abbiamo scritto diversi messaggi nei giorni in cui eravamo nella casa e ha sempre risposta con prontezza e gentilezza a ogni richiesta. Consigliatissima anche la location della casa a un passo da Liguria e Toscana.

We had a fantastic stay here with our two kids. Cosimo was very responsive and helpful, he helped us arrange car transfers from the Pisa airport and to our next destination in Tuscany. The apartment is beautiful, a great mix of old charm and modern amenities. Bathrooms had great water pressure and rain shower! Beds were super comfortable! He even left us some fresh bread from the bakery and sliced meats. A great host!! Walkable to everything in San Gimignano, but in a quiet, relaxing alley. I loved being close to the walled area so it was easy to get our luggage into the car less town. Tv was nice to watch Netflix. For our son. Beautiful courtyard. Would recommend and stay again!!

This is a gorgeous apartment in an extremely convenient part of Lucca, very close to the main piazzas, which offer an array of restaurants and bars, and to the Puccini museum. There is also a Conad's grocery very close by. The apartment itself is beautifully renovated with a stunning modern kitchen and bathrooms and incredibly comfortable beds. There are also a lot of extra touches: comfy terrycloth robes, yoga mats, hand-weights, and even a sauna, and while we didn't avail ourselves of those "wellness" features, we appreciated them. Thank you, Francesco, for a wonderful stay!

The place is as described with a stunning view and helpful hosts. The little seating areas outside our apartment were private and peaceful and the one had a an amazing view over the mountains and town below The apartment was clean, airy and had everything that we needed. The pool is great and even though shared, we always seemed to have it to ourselves Matteo and his family were lovely hosts who made us feel welcome and were on hand if we needed anything or some advice

Excellent séjour chez Andrea et Sandro qui ont été très accueillants et attentionnés dès notre arrivée. Ils ont pris le temps de nous informer des sites remarquables et de trouver les mots en français pour se faire comprendre. Le logement est très confortable, propre, très bien équipé avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. Un salon de jardin est mis à disposition dans le jardin ombragé. Le logement est idéalement situé dans le village de Volastra qui reste préservé du tourisme et à la fois très accessible avec le bus qui rejoint Manarola toutes les 30 minutes. La place de parking ombragé située à 100m du logement est appréciable sur ce site des Cinque Terre où le stationnement est limité. N'hésitez pas à vous arrêter à leur "Chiosco" pour y déguster des spécialités et goûter à leur bon vin local.

We hadden een heerlijke week in dit prettige onderkomen. Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Vooral de tuin is echt prachtig! Ik heb voor het eerst in mijn leven vuurvliegjes gezien. De tuin zat er vol mee. Er was verse koffie 'aan de overkant' te krijgen. Het is een beetje gehorig (bovenburen), maar dat heeft ons niet echt gestoord. Verder een hele rustige en aangename plek!

L'appartamento è in una posizione stupenda nel centro di San Gimignano, l'host è stato velocissimo a risponderci e ci ha accolti con solo qualche ora di preavviso. Nel complesso un soggiorno breve ma piacevole!

Luciana e la sua famiglia hanno dimostrato una gentilezza fuori dal comune; siamo stati accolti calorosamente e il nostro soggiorno è stato piacevolissimo. La casa è ben tenuta e molto pulita, totalmente corrispondente alle foto, i dintorni sono tranquilli e si gode di un’ottima vista sul golfo. Speriamo di tornarci presto!

Un luogo molto tranquillo, con un piacevole fresco e vicino a diversi sentieri per poter fare passeggiate. la casa è stata organizzata benissimo dalla proprietaria, con tutto ciò che serve per il soggiorno e anche di più. Davvero carino lo spazio fuori con giochi, biciclette e una piacevole frescura. Lisa, la proprietaria è davvero gentile e molto disponibile sia nella predisposizione dell'alloggio, sia nel venire incontro ad altre richieste. Davvero consigliato!

I had a super great stay and felt very welcome🩵 The apartment has a lot of personality, is stylishly furnished and has everything you need. The highlight was of course the steam bath, where you can listen to the music - especially in the changeable weather (October) this was very useful ☺️ Sonia and Salvatore are super helpful and very friendly. They answered me quickly at any time, had great tips and helped me immediately when I had a short power outage - everything was no problem at all. There are great restaurants, a pizzeria, a bar and a supermarket, everything you need is within walking distance. I can only recommend everyone to take a few days off here. Thank you very much Sonia and Salvatore - I'll see you again, Grazie mille 🤗

We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de host met een tasting van wijn, kaas en olie en persoonlijk naar ons mooie verblijf geleid. De accommodatie ligt prachtig en erg beschut gelegen bovenop een berg tussen de olijfbomen. De dieren op de boerderij waren voor onze kinderen een groot genot. Vooral de twee zeer vriendelijke en rustige ezels waren geliefd. Wij verbleven hier in de lente wat ons verblijf nog wat fris en klam maakte maar in de zomer is het stenen huis een groot voordeel. De enige teleurstelling voor ons was dat de jacuzzi niet aangesloten, dus verwarmd kon worden.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold. Der var nogle problemer med en dør og et køleskab som ikke virkede. De var hurtige til ringe og skrive til os.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa meravigliosa struttura.... L'accoglienza è stata calorosa,con una cura nei dettagli che fa sentire subito a casa. L'alloggio è arredato con gusto, pulizia impeccabile, confort di altissimo livello. E poi la vera chicca... l'idromassaggio... Lo abbiamo adorato!!! Se cercate un luogo dove sentirvi coccolati, questo è quello giusto. Tornerò sicuramente e lo consiglio a chiunque voglia vivere un'esperienza indimenticabile!! Grazie ancora a Diego e Chiara... Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in “all’ombra del lauro” Het huis is groot genoeg voor ons vieren en onze hond. Het heeft ook veel originele Toscaanse kenmerken en is eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. We hebben ook veel tijd buiten kunnen doorbrengen vanwege het mooie weer. Overdag in de schaduw van de laurierboom, ‘s avonds in het bubbelbad genieten van het uitzicht en de ondergaande zon. Het is hier heerlijk rustig en stil, het enige wat we horen zijn de vogels die fluiten. De locatie is een prima plek als uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te verkennen. Met steden als Florence, Pisa en Lucca in de buurt hebben we ons niet hoeven vervelen. Ook de plaatsen hier in de omgeving waren het bezoeken zeker waard.

A beautiful home with a fantastic pool. We very much enjoyed our stay. The facilities were excellent, including the spa area. The decor is slightly dated but gives the sense of a home much loved in the past. We certainly loved it.

We have spent wonderful week this summer in Willa Elena. 3 families with kids. Willa is huge 900 m2, so we had very comfortable conditions. Perfect location, and beautiful place. Elena hosted us with a true kindness. We like Elena’s’ wine, and our kids love their horses. I would recommend this Willa to big groups looking for comfortable conditions in Tuscany.

Prachtig huis met een nog prachtiger uitzicht. Doordat het huis afgelegen ligt op een berg heb je veel privacy, echter reken wel zeker op 20 min voor een dichtbijgelegen supermarkt. Het huis heeft geen ventilatoren wat we erg hebben gemist bij de zomerse temperaturen. Prettige communicatie met host. Tip: neem voldoende antimuggen middelen mee want die heb je hard nodig in deze omgeving

Stefania è una persona molto disponibile ed accogliente. Lo chalet si trova in un contesto splendido immerso nella natura. La struttura è pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort ed è molto bella ed accogliente. Alla prima occasione conto di tornarci assolutamente. CONSIGLIATISSIMA
