Our newly refurbished apartment consist of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a corridor. Whole apartment is air-conditioned and, on top of that, each of the two bedrooms have a separate heating/air-conditioning system. Bedroom 1: one double bed or two single beds - arranged according to your preference Bedroom 2: one double bed Both bathrooms have walk-in spacious showers. You can prepare a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen and enjoy it in the dining room with your family or friends. In the living room, you can enjoy the time with each other or watch some TV on a 55" screen. Our guests will have access to the entire apartment. Together with my wife we set up a chat with our guests (via WhatsApp/Messanger) to be able to serve you 24/7 with suggestions, help and recommendations. Our preferred language is English but we can also communicate in Italian, French, Polish and Spanish. The apartment is located in the city center of La Spezia right by the pedestrian zone and train station. There are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, and shops a stone's throw away. We are happy to find a best solution in terms of parking if you come by car. But then you can forget the car and use your feet or public transport to reach anywhere you need. Train station -> 3 mins walking distance Pedestrian zone -> 2 mins walking distance Marina with ferries -> 10 mins walking distance Bus stop -> 1 min walking distance We would also like to inform you that authorities require all the guests to pay the local tax at 2.5 euro/person/night (>16years) for max 5 consecutive nights of stay. This amount shall be paid in cash at the check in. Moreover, we need to communicate to the local Police office the guest register and we would need some information from all our guest to fullfill this legal requirement.

Excellent cottage, the owners are very welcoming and very nice, the sea view is better than in the photos, the place benefits from a micro-climate hence this green vegetation paradise with birdsong . We had a fabulous stay at this beautiful, family run, house. The pool and garden were amazing. We enjoyed drinks on the terrace in the evening overlooking the Tuscan hills. Our local hosts were friendly and very helpful. The house was a mix of traditional old style mixed with a newly added master suite and terrace. We were very comfortable there. We visited some of the local restaurants recommended. We were there for a week and visited Florence, Siena, San Gimignano, Gambassi Terme, Volterra and Certaldo Alta. One of the highlights was Certaldo Alto, which was only 20 minutes away. It really was a hidden gem - a medieval hilltop town with a brilliant museum. The house is in a great location with day trips available in every direction. Thank you.

Nice place tidy and very clean with a nice neat decoration. Window screens and fans available. The beds were ok. Toilets are available on the ground floor which is nice. Giuliana is very responsive to messages and very friendly. The only small problem: be careful for parking because you really need to know how to maneuver, especially if you have a large car, but at least it's a private place, which is rare in the area and therefore very appreciated.

We stayed as a family in the beautiful house in a great location on the mountain with breathtaking views. We loved the layout of the house, the garden, the pool and the various terraces. The decor in the house was a good fit for the style of the house, the equipment of the rooms and kitchen was very good. The path to the house is very steep and curvy, after a few days we were practiced up and down. Communication with Ian and on site with his mother was very friendly, helpful and straightforward. We enjoyed the stay very much, at any time we will be happy to come back to the house.

Wonderful villa with large pool and large indoor and outdoor spaces. 5 bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom. Kitchen with large fridge and equipped for every need (dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, induction stove, etc.). Possibility to have lunch and dinner outside under a gazebo and possibility to do BBQ. Laundry with washer and dryer. We had a great time. The location is surrounded by a very green hill. The setting is just as described and picturesque. The property owners had their own production of olive oil and bottle of wine for our welcome. We got a few as gifts for back home. They were also very responsive and attentive to all our needs. The swimming pool was a highlight for the kids. There is also a bread man that also comes every morning with fresh baked bread. Parking is very easy as well. The WiFi is a bit slow but it’s expected in the hills and fast wifi is available at the reception.

We had an amazing vacation at this beautiful villa. Everything was in perfect condition. The layout of the villa gives plenty of options for a larger group, while still feeling cozy. The outdoor areas are plenty and extremely well-kept, and the pool area (with a gorgeous view) is fantastic. The communication with Elisa and the team was smooth and friendly. The warm greeting from Simone at the check-in made us feel welcome.
