Beautiful apartment on lake erie. The entrance is on the south side, but your trip to the lake at the back of the house is only feet away. Absolutely gorgeous views and the deck is for you and those traveling with you to enjoy - possibly sharing with the owners, Carol and Randy, who love sitting on the deck also! There is a fire pit to help out on cool evenings but remember, it is lake erie, so sweatshirts and jackets are always helpful to have around for chilly evenings.

The property includes a private 18-acre lake, with fishing, swimming, and kayaking. The property has been in our family since 1963. We love it and hope you do too.

This historical cottage was built in 1915, but renovated in Spring 2021. Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Erie from the covered front porch or rear deck. The Holiday House is 50 yards from the Rye Beach Park where there is private sandy beach-great for swimming, basketball court, playground, pier for fishing and jetty. Rear deck has a propane fire table and grill.
