I stayed in Alejandro's unit for the entire month of February. It was a great stay, the unit is very nice, clean and everything worked perfect; exactly as shown in pictures. Unit is down at the south end of the complex away from the more crowded buildings. Literally a 1-2 minute walk from the unit to the beach, waves were great and generally not crowded. Great stay, would definitely return.

Leonor siempre estuvo presta a colaborar durante la estancia. El aire acondicionado de una habitación no funcionó al 100% pero fue manejable. Se recomienda darle mantenimiento a los aires acondicionados.

An amazing host with a great place to stay, very close to a lot of great restaurants. The apartment amenities were great and she is always available to help!

We wanted a budget-friendly stay near Panama City to unwind during our stopover - Gaspar's apartment was perfect for this! The neighborhood was very relaxed and extremely safe / secure. The infinity pool is awesome! The beach is very cool / curious - it experiences extreme changes in the tide. When the tide is high, it appears like a typical sandy beach. When the tide goes out, it exposes the ocean floor - super unique rocks, firm sand, and even ocean life trapped in little puddles become visible. I encourage you to take a walk, or bring a book to the beach and enjoy it - it is very interesting! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. The kitchen was well equipped, and the temperature was always perfect (between the windows, or the AC). I recommend taking the contact information of your taxi on the way in, as Uber isn't always available in this zone. Try to buy your groceries on the way in - there is a super market right off the highway exit - this will save you time!

You can’t get much more centrally located than this place. Minutes from waterfront, with an insane number of restaurants/bars/cafes within mere blocks of the building. Transportation is easy to access, if that’s your preferred means of getting around. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures. Comfortable bed, fresh and soft linens available. The in-unit washing machine was heaven. And the trying rack available that can be put on the balcony was even better. Extras of everything with no need to contact Jota to provide more, which I’m sure he’d do if you reached out to him. He’s one of the most proactive responders I’ve ever experienced in an Airbnb host. The view from the balcony is killer. I totally understand why this place is booked up as frequently as it is. If you’re looking to go to Panama City, even far into the future, book this place!

He estado muchas veces en Caracol y ese Condomino nunca decepciona, pero ojo, en otros apartamentos, estar en el Reinaldo fue extremadamente bueno, la ubicacion, la vista, los espacios, lo comodo, la tranquilidad, todo estuvo tan bien, que supero con creces mis expectativas, yo definitivamente repito en este mismo apartamento.

Villa del Mar was a great house. We enjoyed the great kitchen, pool and outdoor space. The area is 20' from the edge of the water so it made access to the beach very easy when the tide was out. A few members of our group kiteboarded and really enjoyed the area. The rest enjoyed the pool and relaxing backyard. Overall, it was a great stay and we would gladly stay again.

I would definitely recommend the place. it was exactly what we were looking for ; clean, spacious, and relaxing. Great views surrounded by mountains and nice breeze with fresh air. Beaches and grocery stores are within short distance: 10 or 15 minutes. Jorge was an excellent host (friendly and polite). The house was also well equipped with everything we needed.

Spacous is no exageration, there is a lot of space inside, and outside. Balcony front and back. Then the amazing patio on the roof. The neighborhood is great, lots of resturants, and nightclubs. Was perfect property inperfect location for a long weekend for two couples.

Malachi was an amazing host. Everything that we needed if we needed to reach out to him he responded right back immediately. The place was just as the pictures showed it. I had no complaints about The Place whatsoever. I would recommend others and I would stay there again

El sitio es recomendable, es como estar en un resort pero con más privacidad. Tienes bastantes amenidades, los atardeceres son muy bonitos. Sin embargo nos encontramos con esto: Se fue la luz por varias horas durante la noche, lo que hizo que no pudiéramos descansar al 100%. Desde que llegamos a chame hasta playa caracol la vía está destruida, muchos huecos en la calle lo que toma mucho tiempo llegar y dañas el vehículo. Los restaurantes no son tan buenos, sirven comida bastante internacional pero no de nivel. El servicio es muy bueno, gente muy amable y servicial. La casa donde nos quedamos estaba todo nuevo e impecable y muy completo, todo funcionaba perfecto. Saludos!

Chiara una excelente anfitriona, estuvo siempre al pendiente respondió oportunamente nuestras consultas, el apartamento sin duda tal cual como estaba en las fotos muy lindo ordenado la verdad lo recomiendo mil % , el lugar en sí todo fabuloso , lugar perfecto para descansar en familia , hacer actividades deportivas y todo privado. Muy comodo y acogedor el apartamento, esta cerca de la playa caminando. Tienen opciones para comer en los restaurantes que se encuentran dentro del residencial. Y lo mejor es que son Pet Friendly.

Tolles Appartement mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Nachts war sehr ruhig und in der Wohnung war alles Notwendige vorhanden, auch ein eigener Parkplatz. Check-in und Check-out schnell und unkompliziert! Kein Badestrand und beim Salzwasser-Pool der Boden sehr rutschig. Vermieterin sehr nett, hilfsbereit und kommunikativ. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Wohnung!

Mark y Fanny, los dueños del lugar se portaron muy amables. Los recomiendo 100%. Mark da consejos sobre el área y explica todo muy bien. Principalmente para los que quieren hacer Kitesurf. Fanny es muy comunicativa y amigable. Ella nos trato como si estuvieramos en casa. 5 estrellas para ambos y para el apartamento!
