Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Ventimiglia

Probably one of nicest places I have ever stayed. Overlooking the marina and a Napoleonic naval yard, with views over the bay to Cap-Ferrat and the lighthouse, it was just perfect. Cindy was brilliant, coming to meet me with the keys. So many great things about this place: 1. It’s at the quieter end of Villefranche - perfect for me. 2. There is a restaurant next door, and 4 more just along the road. 3. The view from the balcony - amazing. 4. A swimming beach just 100m away behind the historic harbour walls. 5. The coast path - you can walk all the way to the headland right by the sea. 6. Only 15min by bus into central Nice, and there is a “secret staircase” that climbs all the way up to the bus stop - go through the arch beside the “toilettes” (yes, really!) 7. You can get the train to the airport (20mins walk to the station, through the alleys and the citadel.) 8. You can take more stairs right to very top of the mountain, to find an old fort. I loved it - thank u, Cindy!

We had the most fantastic stay and hope to be back this December. The location was amazing with the bakery right outside the door, the market a two minute walk and the beach 5mins away. The little streets and lovely neighbours. The property itself was incredibly decorated and every little space has been thought about and used. Carine was great responding to any questions before, during and after our arrival, a lovely welcoming lady. Couldn’t recommend enough x

We stayed with Anne-Marie for 5 nights. The place was amazing and her and Andre took great care of us. I got tree sap on my shorts one day and they cleaned them for me because I was having trouble. The fridge had some essentials to get us started in our stay and they gave us eggs as well one day. They were great people who were very kind and helpful.

Wonderful experience in Sanremo in this impeccable apartment in Paola. On-site contact with Stefania super easy and accommodating, helpful and full of good advice. Very clean apartment, super well located and secure, decorated with great taste and care. We didn't miss a thing. If our path takes us back here one day to Sanremo, it is undoubtedly here at Paola's place that we would come back because it feels like home. Thanks again for hosting.

Charming welcome from Gabi, very clean accommodation, convenient to live in, extremely easy and pleasant communication with Gabi and her husband. As a bonus, you can have meals in an enchanting garden. Very pleasant stay!

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little home, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located close to the train station and the sea. Recommended.

Great warm welcome from Christiane, René and little Lola! The exterior is beautiful and the totally private pool/summer kitchen space is ideal for cooling off and relaxing in privacy. The location is ideal for visiting the surroundings by car (Grasse, Thorenc, Gourdon, etc.); the village center and the supermarket are literally a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. Thank you for this idyllic break!

Beautiful house and beautiful surroundings. The house is perfectly located. There is a lot to do and still have your peace and quiet. Very nice place for all kinds of things. We would come back!

We loved the generosity and amenities of the apartment. It had everything, even packaged food and drinks for the first day. The view from the terrace to the sea is very nice and the location of the apartment in an old village is very quiet. Parking was not a problem thanks to Camilla's instructions. The area is ideal for hiking and (e-)biking. All around a wonderful week in Costarainera!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. No hustle and bustle, just nature and animal sounds, good for relaxing and lingering. Manuela put a lot of effort into it and put together a great book with local excursion and rest stops. Very nice and helpful. Thank you, it was great.

We a great time at Christophe's place! It was so beautiful and peaceful. There were lots of local restaurants and his wife kindly gave us a recommendation for somewhere to eat seafood. She was especially lovely because she allowed me to practice my limited French! Christophe's son took us out on his boat for snorkeling and exploring the Cote D'Azur- a truly unforgettable experience! Thanks everyone!

I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

Bartolomeo's apartment was our accommodation for 2 weeks, but even more than that we felt at home. Elevator, parking, restaurants around the corner, affordable supermarket just around the corner. In front of the house is the Mediterranean Sea. Very nice neighborhood in the house. The location is wonderful. Menton, Nice, Monte Carlo, Eze in one direction and Sanremo Imperia in the other direction. Bartolomeo's apartment is very clean and comfortable. Bartolomeo always responded to questions very quickly and kindly, and discreetly asked every few days if we needed anything else. Checking in with the lockbox was easy. Vallecrosia also has many other beautiful things to offer in its location. Long story short, Bartolomeo's apartment is highly recommended. Thanks Bartolomeo and thanks Vallecrosia.

Very good location for hiking or cycling. In the evening, the location is not optimal for strolling, drinking cocktails or something. You always have to drive down to the promenade by car. Parking is 50 meters from the house. The kitchen could use more outlets. All necessary appliances are available (toaster, coffee maker, kettle, etc.), unfortunately not usable together as there are too few sockets in the kitchen. Maybe extension cords with multiple sockets would be useful. In the evening it is nice and quiet in the village and there is a pleasant fresh breeze. In the village itself, there are 2 exclusive restaurants (not a pizzeria) with very good food. Reservation required! In addition, there is a take away, which you have to pre-order the food. Lots of cats and dogs. A typical Mediterranean mountain village. Along the coast to the west, beautiful villages. Monaco and Nice are also not too far away. Sanremo is very nice for shopping.

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

Céline is really friendly and helpful! She responds very quickly and is always available. She makes sure everything is perfect and that we have everything we need. The accommodation is very clean and the views are superb. The grocery store just down the street from the building is super convenient and there are plenty of things. Pleasant residence and well-kept apartment, with a large terrace with sea view. It is a great place to discover the Ligurian coast from Ventimiglia to Noli. The relationship with the host and his family was very caring. This gave us an excellent week's vacation. I would highly recommend this stay.
