Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ventimiglia

Excellent location, the house was as described, the hosts were accommodating and thoughtful. Excellent house for children, the kitchen was extremely well equipped. The property looked new and very well looked after. It was out today time on Air B&B and we ve been very impressed.

We had a wonderful stay with Pascal! His home is absolutely lovely, and we wish we were there longer. A very helpful host! Would come back again

Our stay with Carina was perfect! The place is exactly as described and the loft is super equipped! Carine has thought of almost everything in the furnishings. The outdoor area and pool were also great. Thank you for the lovely holiday :)

Our stay in Marco’s villa was absolutely perfect. The location and views are truly incredible: waking up to see the sea glittering is pure magic, and you can see it from the bedroom, the balcony, the terrace - it’s just beautiful. There can be no more perfect place to sit and enjoy an aperitivo anywhere in Italy! We travelled with our daughter, age 5, and she had the most perfect little bedroom with cute kids’ bedding that made her feel special. There are sofa beds downstairs too, but we didn’t need those. Marco and his family are right nextdoor and available to help with anything but they were very respectful of our privacy and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Because the steps up from the town would have been a lot for our daughter to manage every day we got a few taxis back after beach trips and it was super easy, they go from the station and there were always plenty instantly available. And so worth the little trip up the hill to benefit from the stunning views! Loved it.

The stay at villa of Dominique and his lovely wife was amazing! The location !! It deserves a separate chapter! Only 12 mins by bus from bustling Nice and you are in your very own little paradise! Everything was thought through to the smallest details. It was by far the best Airbnb experience. I have never felt that welcomed on vacation. You could feel home away from home. You can explore this villa alone all day long, as it is full of beautiful details! Small garden, terrace, hammock…. When you are there - you don’t want to leave .. And you have all the amenities you can only think of. But one thing that stood out the most was HOSPITALITY of Dominique and his wife! Thank you, merci, grazie, дякую! I hope you will have an amazing trip in winter☺️ And we will definitely come back ❤️

Chrystelle was very approachable throughout, from booking, through our stay until our leaving. The place is beautiful, so is the whole property very well taken care of. The chapel lacks nothing, was spotless and the guests await a proper folder with detailed information about Grasse. Chrystelle is very warm, sophisticated and a respectful host. The stay was magical. Andreas' house is surrounded by his 400 olive trees. If you are looking for peace on vacation, Andrea's house is the place to be. The host is warm and very accommodating. The apartment is furnished with all the things you need. Everything is coordinated and very welcoming. Spotless. Imperia and the small villages around it are enchanting. The people are incredibly hospitable. Along the coastal road, there are many beautiful places to enjoy the day by the sea. But I also spent the days in the house, because it was a very special place for me. At night, even the fireflies compete with the stars. I highly recommend this enchanting home to everyone. I received a very warm welcome from Niki’s husband Enrico. It was a very last minute booking but Enrico was still able to wait for me on the main road in the evening to guide me to the apartment. The apartment was spotlessly clean and has everything you might need (coffee, mosquito nets in the windows to sleep with the windows open and wake up with the sound of birds). It’s a bit remote so the location is beautifully quiet but the road is narrow so best not to come with a big car.

This place lived up to the high expectations of the listing and other guest reviews. Dom was very responsive and helpful from check-in to the end of our stay. The home and its views were incredible. Very quiet and peaceful neighborhood and home - everything felt incredibly safe. The very short walk to the grocery store was a big plus for us and we got food there daily for meals and snacks. Would love to come back in the future and sit overlooking the bay in the evenings again.

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

Highly responsive host! Impeccable accommodation, no complaints and the view is magnificent! Small clarification, a train passes underneath and passes regularly during the day, this generates a little noise! But otherwise we had a great time! I recommend Rafaella!😊

We loved our stay here! The beautiful surrounding, the vegetation, the fresh smell of flowers and the soothing sounds of the ocean - absolutely divine. Fabio was responsive and friendly, and we enjoyed our short stay.

A truly superlative experience! Angela is a caring and kind host, she fills you with attention and gifts from her lush garden (lemon and sweet and juicy grapefruit). The location is enviable for its view and tranquility, while the pool and gazebo/solarium are a bonus worthy of an exclusive resort. In short, this gem on the hills of Ventimiglia, a stone's throw from Menton, is an accommodation option not to be missed!

Laura's apartment is a real gem. Within walking distance of Ventimiglia, but still nicely secluded from the crowds. The apartment is spacious and well maintained. All necessary is available. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. Great!

It really was just as beautiful and romantic as the pictures. The view from the balcony was phenomenal, apartment smelled and felt so clean the whole stay. The apartment had pretty much everything you could need in it. The owners were so proactive keeping in touch with different recommendations and letting us know beforehand what’s happening in the city as different protests took place + a big conference started mid stay. We felt taken care of. It was an amazing place to stay at, would definitely visit again!

Lovely accommodation in one of the finest residences in peaceful Menton Garavan. Generous host couple who cared about us. Stylish with all facilities and needs met, surrounded by a wonderful garden. Big plus for the large terrace, the view and the private small pool. We can't wait to go!

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

The apartment is great and has a beautiful view. Everything worked out in detail: very good air conditioning and an extremely comfortable bed. Linens, towels, dishes/cutlery and the whole apartment were super clean. Sophie is very quick to respond to any questions and is always available. Unrestricted recommendation!

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.

Beautiful accommodation, the hosts are as beautiful as the apartment. Very nice, very accommodating. The apartment's equipment is just great. A parking space has been made available to us, if you come by sports car you have plenty of space, plus it's very secure. I've never had such a great experience with Airbnb. Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.
