Vacation rentals with lake access in Venice

Even BIGGER & BETTER than the photos.. This place feels like a giant art gallery, decorated so beautifully with an unforgettable view. I felt very safe, warm & comfortable here. This is the place you must book if you want authentic charm & to feel like a royal princess. Pedro was extremely helpful & clear with instructions & directions to the place, then I was greeted by Caterina upon arrival. She was also kind enough to take me to a gorgeous local bar on the canal for a drink, then proceeded to show me around Venice a little more & gave me lots of tips as well as places to go. Everything is walkable, the area feels safe even at night. Pack light as there are lots of stairs! Not just at the air BnB but all over Venice in general. There is so much to do close by, with great options for coffee, treats, shopping & food - I really enjoyed my stay, I wish it could’ve been longer than 2 nights but I will absolutely be back for much longer next time. We just loved this charming airbnb that has been designed and renovated with a lot of care and thought, we loved the beautiful Burano island (especially having it all to ourselves before and after all the day visitors left) and the communication with the hosts including detailed directions, maps, guidance, tips and all else was absolutely remarkable. All in all we loved the house and the island and it made for a perfect vantage point to reach Venice going in the opposite flow of all the visitors. If you enjoy Burano early mornings and evenings when no one is there - and go to Venice in the day you hit it perfectly in terms of the boat & tourist traffic. All in all a romantic and charming spot - our family was wowed! Loved it!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Venice! The apartment was incredibly spacious and spotless, which made it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and quiet. One of the best features was the balcony overlooking a charming canal; it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind in the evening. The hosts were also wonderful—very friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the whole experience even smoother. Highly recommended!

What a fun apartment! We are a family with 6 kids between 4-16 years old plus two parents and two grandparents. We had a great time. There were even toys and games for the kids to play with during down time. We were able to cook big family meals (sadly we also had to wash all the dishes because at the time the dishwasher was broken - this is not a deal breaker). We ate on the balcony one day. Just a great place. Stefano had great instructions and contacted us multiple times during our stay. Would recommend!

It’s a beautiful house in Murano and super convenient to get around. We had everything we wanted and especially loved the kitchen. Our kid was super happy with the garden and lot of space to play :) the hosts were always responsive with whatever questions we had. Highly recommended.

Other reviews mentioned that the apartment is even nicer in person than the photos show, and I completely agree. It is comfortable and modernized and extremely clean. The apartment is in a terrific location, just enough off the beaten path to be peaceful and yet completely central and close to Vaporetto as well as easy walkability to the most famous landmarks. And to top things off the host family could not be any nicer! Truly a great experience from start to finish! I look forward to recommending to friends and returning myself!

Un apartamento único, maravilloso. El mejor alojamiento en el nos hemos alojado de todas las veces en las que hemos estado en Venecia. Un apartamento muy bien decorado y la limpieza un 10 sobre 10. El barrio muy tranquilo pero a la vez llevo de restaurantes y terrazas donde comer un tomar un café. Queremos volver!!!

Cristina’s place was great! Would definitely recommend. Incredibly clean and had thought of everything travellers may need. Very comfortable and in a very walkable location close to main bus and train stations. It was a little difficult to find. We put “Basara” (nearby restaurant) into a maps app and then used the numbers on that block until we found the correct house number. Apple Maps had us circling for an hour or so!

I can’t express how amazing this place is and how welcome we felt, thanks to the fantastic attitude of the host and the service around. We’ve received everything we ever needed, all requests we had were being fulfilled the same day without any issues, and we’ve been greeted with a lot of warmth! If you’re renting this place, you are in good hands! The place is exactly as described and as shown in the photos. The house is very cozy, with a lot of space inside, and there are all the amenities you would need for your stay. What’s even more great is the garden of the villa. The football/tennis pitch is a great feature of this accommodation and the company of bunnies and roosters is such a cute addition! We were also amazed by the path surrounded by trees, leading to the area with a pond. Sadly due to us being there in the winter period, we couldn’t try out the outdoor swimming pool, but I’m sure it’s equally amazing! We couldn’t have found a better place for our stay, it’s so worth it!
